24.01.2022 Highly recommended for a fun evening!

17.01.2022 I've been training in Brazilian JuJitsu at Dark Carnival here in Canberra for about 18 months, after about 4 months of training 3 times a week, I noticed that my 20 year low back instability and 'niggle' had been resolved. Does this mean that BJJ is for everybody? Unfortunately, no it does not. Depending on age, fitness and existing medical conditions I'd strongly recommend screening with a functional assessment. We can assist with that at Canberra Soft Tissue Therapy. If BJ...J might be for you then there's nowhere better than Dark Carnival in Phillip, ACT. As of 1 November after the new fit out, we will have a BJJ gym upstairs that will be second to none. What else is new? This guy! The new coach for Dark Carnival BJJ Rodrigo Silva. A ten year blackbelt from Brazil. Off the mat he's one of the nicest blokes I've ever met. On the mat............not so much! Look out for him on the competition circuit once COVID-19 permits.

09.01.2022 Today we are raising awareness of Trigeminal Neuralgia(TN) and other invisible disabilities. A huge shout out to our friend Julie Saunderson and her tireless effort promote a better understanding of this terribly debilitating disease.

07.01.2022 Be careful out there tonight Canberra, it's very foggy!

03.01.2022 Soft Tissue Therapist Chris Radnedge demonstrating what poor posture at your desk can potentially cause to your body. At Canberra Soft Tissue Therapy, we highl...y recommend you look into a stand up desk or sit/stand variation as this will immediately improve your posture and movement throughout your day. Your body adapts to its most common position and for most humans these days, that position is sitting at a desk! If a sit/stand desk is not available to you, we recommend that you get up and move around every 30 minutes for at least 2 minutes. #CSTT #posture #deskjob
