We have been in close discussions with WPNSW and we are working together to make sure we can run the event and avoid clashes where possible.... 21.01.2022 A big thanks to our long time friend Coach Jeff Hoornaert for putting together and sharing this video with us! The video was put together as part of a personal development session for his club Big Valley and focuses on the benefits of watching film and how to use it effectively as a team, coach and athlete. A lot of what Jeff talks about has been echoed at our sessions and gives us a great opportunity to see it first hand. It is also a great opportunity to learn something new.... I highly recommend all our athletes watch this video and then put into practice what you learn by watching plenty of game film during this period where we aren't able to get into the pool. Help improve your game by watching the best do it well but also make mistakes. See if you can pick up stuff that your coaches have spoken about or maybe things you might want to try. Nick Taylor will be coaching the junior boys squad, replacing Bryce Svensson who is moving to Wollongong for Uni. Some of Nick recent achievements have been representing Australia at two Junior World Champs, one World University games and winning an AWL title for UNSW Wests last year.
