24.01.2022 It's important to be allowed to express when we feel sad or overwhelmed by life

22.01.2022 I met Paul Blackburn about 30 years ago when I first ventured into the world of self-development. This video is, I believe, a valuable tool in learning how anyone can proactively help people who are really struggling emotionally, especially during this difficult and confronting time we're all currently dealing with.

21.01.2022 Wise words, especially now...

19.01.2022 Does this article resonate with you? How are you feeling at this point in the pandemic? I have personally become increasingly unmotivated, am tired all the time, nap frequently and don’t know what day of the week it is unless I look at my calendar. And even then I can often only work it out if I had something specific noted on it (it’s mostly blank ) that I know happened yesterday. I walk every Monday, Wednesday and Friday morning with a buddy (1.5 m apart) and that helps because it’s a commitment I’ve made to someone else but almost everything else feels unimportant. If I don’t do something I think I should (declutter, write a new blog post, exercise my new knees ever day), my reaction is usually who cares.

19.01.2022 Do you wish you knew how to be with a family member, friend or colleague when they are having a hard time? This is a useful article that explains how to be empathetic and not go into 'fix-it' mode.

15.01.2022 This article is one of the most powerful things I have read about grief and how to be with someone who is in the midst of grieving.

09.01.2022 This is a quick read with some sensible advise about how to cope if the Covid-19 pandemic is making you really anxious

06.01.2022 Being a carer is hard. Don't neglect your own well being just because you're not the one who needs care. If you're looking after someone who has cancer, talk to me about joining a Life Force Cancer Foundation Zoom group for carers. 0412 643 751. #lifeforcecf #caringforcarers #support

03.01.2022 LIFE FORCE MEMORIES 19 October 1995 - 19 October 2020. On Life Force’s 25th Anniversary we remember all our attendees, supporters, and those we have lost.

01.01.2022 Great advice... It's important to remember that if we spoke to our friends the way we often speak to ourselves, we'd have no friends!
