21.01.2022 Due to public health concerns, The Candelo Roadshow Concerts, creative workshops and Community Concert in Narooma and Moruya this coming weekend have been regre...ttably cancelled. All ticket sales will be refunded in full through TryBooking and those ticket holders will be notified by email. The Candelo Roadshow team wishes to thank those that have supported these events which will now be postponed to a later date in 2020. 09.01.2022 It's Saturday! PLease note - The New Graces show tonight is completely and utterly sold out, no tickets on the door! For those that have tickets, doors will open at 7pm, and the evening will kick off with the wonderful Felicity Dowd Music at 7.30. Cowsnest Community Farm will be offering their delicious cakes and cuppas. Let's all please be mindful of covid-safe practices so that we can continue to safely gather for the love of music and the arts <3 Can't wait to see these women do their thing tonight.

We regret that we have had to cancel HEATH CULLEN’s planned album launch on the 3rd of April and will try to reschedule it for sometime later in the year. We are working with Heath to set a new date and we will let you know when we have something locked in, but in the meantime, those of you who have booked a ticket have now been issued a full refund (this may take a few days to cl...ear). Our artists and small local businesses are all doing it tough right now. If you are in a position to do so, we encourage you to use your refunded ticket money to purchase an album through Heath’s website (www.heathcullen.com), to join his new Patreon page at www.patreon.com/heathcullen, OR to help out another of your favourite Candelo artists by purchasing a piece of work / CD etc directly from them or their website. Banquet de l'amour ~or~ The Feast of Love hosted by MELANIE HORSNELL Wouldn't you say, that now, more than ever, we should be celebrating the eternal power of Love, in all its many guises? The force that glues the universe together, that glues our communities and our hearts together, the only force that conquers fear. Our deepest happiness and our ever-recurring challenge. I asked around a little about the history of Valentine's Day, but "the pairing off of women with men by lottery" part put me off that line of research. Instead, I ask us all to imagine what a Celebration of Love could look like if WE designed it as a community-strengthening, heart-renewing, creatively-juiced event at the Candelo Town Hall, with our very own highly-qualified master of the love-song, MELANIE HORSNELL releasing the most romantic album in Candelo (challenge me!), 'Troubaritz'. With a banquet made with love and skill by Cowsnest ($10 extravagantly delicious plate) on offer, followed by an intimate performance with Melanie, more handcrafted snacks/drinks, and then clear the decks and let's dance (yes!) to Mel's curated Love Song Disco. Feel free to add to the ambience by dressing 'romantically', whatever that may mean to YOU, or bringing decorations, flowers, whatever you feel to contribute to the community building of the Celebration of Love... (totally optional of course) but Candelo, as you all know, really knows how to make a vibe, so let's do it <3 All and everyone welcome!
