14.01.2022 Wherever you are with your fitness goals or even just overall health remember it's all worth it in the end! I'm happier, I have more energy, I'm motivated (most... of the time), I feel confident and I wouldn't have achieved as much as I have now with the mindset I used to have. It took over 3 years to get where I am now with A LOT of trial and error, set backs here and there but most of all learning to treat my body with respect.. 3 years ago I wouldn't leave the house and I wasn't doing anything. I'am now a qualified personal trainer working 6 days a week running my own business as well as bootcamps + studying. I still drink and indulge but it all comes down to balance and hard work. It also helps having such a supportive partner @mharps94 so keep going! It will happen. See more
