25.01.2022 Snooze McLaren looking pretty spiffy. His coat just gleams all year round. He's such a handsome man

24.01.2022 Beautiful weather for a drive.

21.01.2022 ***SOLD*** Anky Dressage saddle for sale. Black 17.5" medium gullet. Hardly used and in excellent condition. Cleaned after every ride. To buy new $3000. Unmounted $1450. Please share.

21.01.2022 Inspired morning at Tree Haven Equine. Moved the round pen to the small working area, turned the round pen sand pad into a small obstacle area with ground poles, gate, barrels and side pass pole. Created a cloverleaf area next to the bridge and tyres/mounting block/back up lane completed. Good to freshen things up.

18.01.2022 I have two supervisors on the afternoon feeds. No wonder we aren't getting any sleep

17.01.2022 Is it so windy that he needs to hold his feeder down or is he just way too hungry? Your guess is as good as mine. The very pretty Bonnie Doon Shine.

16.01.2022 FLOAT SOLD - thankyou for sharing my float for sale. I had a heap of enquiries through the sites I had it on. So now the new task is to find another one. I'm considering 2 horse either straight or angle load, needs storage and if there's a tack space at the front or swing out tack box that would be fine. If you know of anything please let me know. The right budget for the right float. PRICE REDUCED as I may have found another one. For sale 2HAL Pinnacle. Not really using the ...facilities it offers. Kitchen with fridge, microwave, sink, cupboards and above head storage. Hand held shower and base in rear of float. Plug in to 15 amp power and storage battery. Water storage with tank underneath and tap, pump to sink in float. Horses are angled to drivers side to consider Australian road camber. It has above rump rug racks, rubber divider between first bay and kitchen, honeycomb flooring, urine drains, removable dividers with two different widths, removable head dividers, two saddle swing out and removable tack box, fully padded dividers and rump area. Entry door on passenger side so nothing opens on road side. Fiama awning and yards. Carries our horses comfortably. In excellent condition, always covered and cleaned. serviced annually. Priced accordingly but needs new HWS as it had lack of use. Please share if you wouldn't mind. $17000 negotiable. See more

15.01.2022 And to top it off Winter is almost upon us.....

15.01.2022 After much soul searching I've decided to offer my very special heart horse Snooze McLaren for sale. For those of you who know him he is a stunning handsome chestnut man standing at just on 16.3hh. He is 15yo, healthy and sound. He is going to waste in our paddock and would benefit from light work but to be honest he really is lazy and the best job for him is trail riding. He's fantastic on the ground, works wonderfully in the round pen, loves a brush and cuddles but is very protective of his feed. You can pull him out of the paddock anytime for a wander around. As he has a year round summer coat he is always rugged. He would be perfect for a novice adult and is a big strong horse. He is very quiet but no horse is bomb proof of course. If you know of anyone who might suit him please put them in contact with me.

15.01.2022 He's here and settled in next to Mia. So excited for our journey together. Welcome to our family Shine. Thanks Nat and Gary for dropping him off and the advice given on settling him in. One beautiful, elegant dressage horse, one gorgeous trainers horse, what more could a girl want. So grateful.

14.01.2022 Horse manure free lease no returns. Manure free to pick up. No chemicals or weed's. Contact via FB or 0402 478-720

14.01.2022 It's so worth the watch. Any help and support Sandi passes on is a great education.

14.01.2022 Welcome to our Tree Haven Equine family - Terarossa Bellize (Bella). We are so excited to have you join us. I'm looking forward to getting back into dressage and I've been fortunate enough to have this beautiful girl (on loan) to help me on my way. Thanks Katrina Routson for trusting me with her.

14.01.2022 Our other tasty sideline

14.01.2022 Lucky the tree broke away from the fence. Hope there wasn't too much damage to properties today.

12.01.2022 The boys went naked for a brief time today. They all look amazingly well and healthy. I've been fortunate to access some beautiful super large round bales. Even Snooze lost his head over them. Very lucky to secure an amazing home for our handsome grey man Riley last week. He's gone to a loving home with a keen and confident young rider who will be a great partner for him going forward. I'll keep you all updated with their progress. Ride heaps while you have the chance and stay healthy and safe. From the Tree Haven Equine family, the headless Snooze McLaren, Scotland the Brave and Backett xx

11.01.2022 This dog is NOT going in the paddock for a few days. Lovely day at the doggy salon with Kas of Missy Moo Pet Grooming.

10.01.2022 Little cutie near the front gate this morning. So blessed to live where we are

09.01.2022 Welcome to the Tree Haven Equine family Danson Dulite (Mia). Mia is a 16yo Warmblood mare by Dusseldorf out of Danson Sensation and she is my new dressage horse. I'm very lucky to have her for a number of reasons. She is a sweet mare with excellent education and she will be a good partner for me. Lots of people to thank for her ending up with me. Sandi Simons - sage advice of no more TB's, Katrina Routson thanks for loaning me Bella she helped me realise I deserved a quality ...horse. Marita Peterson who was patient with me when I pestered her every day to come and meet and ride Mia over quite a few weeks and for her continued support of us as a team. My mate Dee Rennick who set the bar for making a list to find the right horse - the negotiables and non negotiables, who is also there for me with my horsey doubts and neurotic moments. To my friend and coach, Virginia Martin, who cares for me and my horses, who patiently looked at all the videos and ads of horses - "oohh what about this one" - who gave the right advice, kept a sense of humour in my search for the right horse and who is by my side in my lessons and supporting the physical health of Mia (magic fingers Martin), who understands the need for the excessive number of saddle pads and equipment. Last but not least the wonderful Col, strapper, feeder, rugs on rugs off. He's very invested in my passion, goals and plans for Mia. I sent him a message asking "how much do you love me" the response was "what have you bought now?" Me - "a quality horse". Looking forward to what this partnership can do. See more

07.01.2022 Whoever invented the tail bag thankyou. So nice to have clean tails in this weather. Our little QH Scotland The Brave modelling his long clean luscious locks, courtesy of a tail bag.

07.01.2022 It was easy to practice social distancing with this little visitor at the back door, he was a little grumpy. I must have taken a photo of his bad side

06.01.2022 Hahahahaha is this what they really think?

06.01.2022 I'm so very pleased to have horses who are healthy and well educated. After only one meeting, my beautiful Snoozey has found his forever home with a lovely young local lady Jess and her gorgeous family . As if I wasn't lucky enough, the family has welcomed our Scotty as well to stay as his best buddy. So blessed. They have landed in horsey heaven with large paddocks and an abundance of beautiful pick. Thankyou Jess and family xx

06.01.2022 Col and I are really pleased to introduce another new addition to our Tree Haven Equine family. This is Bonnie Doon Shine, he is a 2 year old QH x Clydesdale. He is a beautiful buckskin with impeccable breeding. Thankyou to Nat Monaghan and Gary Paton for choosing us to be his future. Big plans for this special boy. Yet another phone call to my husband "how much do you love me?" We all know the outcome of that one..... Family is now complete

05.01.2022 Looking to purchase some power poles if someone can point me in the right direction. Don't need the power just the poles.......

05.01.2022 Hi all I'm looking for a pony to free lease long term. Best of homes offered. Rugs if required, feet, teeth, worming etc will be done. Good pick or fed if required. Aged ponies are fine however I can't afford any on ongoing medications. To be company for a young one when I take another one away.

04.01.2022 Hi all I've decided to find a silver lining in all this uncertainty. Imagine how much fitter and better prepared we will be for our next show season, eventing, dressage comps, western comps or just pleasure riding. I know this doesn't help the situation but we are so lucky to have our beautiful horses to spend time with.

02.01.2022 Spa in the sun for the horses at Tree Haven Equine. What a glorious day

02.01.2022 Horsey home schooling classroom preparation. Today's lesson Round Pen 101. I love the trees but not the mess they create

02.01.2022 Who's this little guy peeking over the fence, is it Jon Bon Jovi, is it Rod Stewart? Gotta love the hair. "Hello I'm Mr Ed". This is our new paddock manny - yes I said manny, he is a boy after all. Mr Ed arrives at Tree Haven Equine tomorrow. I can't stand the cuteness already. He'll be good company for Shine when Mia goes to lessons and comps. Welcome to our crazy menagerie little man. Could it be Shine's Mimi me - you decide.
