For those of you who know me personally, you will know that I am not only the owner of Candy Cane Lane, but I am a Registered Nurse. My profession is flat out preparing for something that is indescribable. For those of you seeking comfort through Christmas, rest assured we are still open for business. As a 100% online retailer, we are able... to continue offering you our services. We are beyond stringent with hygiene so you can rest assured all care is taken. Our delivery providers have all implemented contactless delivery protocols. We also know that times are tough for everyone and our heart breaks for everyone. We also know people want to buy things. With this in mind, our end of season sale is still going strong. Our sales are always genuine. You will find all our stock significantly reduced with much of it at or below cost. It’s the least we can do. Unfortunately we are unable to discount our prices any further. Please be aware that all delivery companies are currently taking longer than normal to deliver due to the volume of parcels being sent. My local delivery guy tells me it’s busier than Christmas . 10.01.2022 All orders have been packed and dropped to the Post Office, the computers are off, and we are officially closed for the 2019 season. We thank all of our gorgeous customers for their support and patronage - as a small family business, this means a lot to all of us. For now, it is time for me to turn from Head Elf back into Mum. I would love to hear your Christmas Eve traditions and rituals. For us, the afternoon consists of baking for Santa with the girls, visiting dear friend...s, reading our Christmas storybooks snuggled into our Christmas Story Time Pillow, and getting ready to watch the Carols on Telly. We will set the table ready for Christmas lunch. Miss 7 will eagerly load up Billy (our Reindeer Feeder) with carrots for the reindeer, leave a bowl of water outside, and hang her Magic Santa Key ready for the Big Man. Once she is sound asleep, Karate Elf (12) will help deliver the goodies under the tree. I will tell her that’s it! that’s all there is this year! and she will go to bed....and then I will bring the rest of the goodies out! Have a wonderful, Magical Christmas everyone! Nat

To all of our valued customers impacted by the fires ravaging our beautiful country, we truly wish you safety and relief soon. For those of you who are (or have loved ones) on the back of those glorious trucks fighting these fires, we thank them for their service and wish them a safe tour and a safe return. For those working tirelessly in support roles (not all fire fighters are on the back of the trucks! Many work communications and listen to all the calls from fire fighters on the ground - this can be heart breaking and you can feel incredibly helpless) - we thank you for your service. For all the volunteers frantically working to cook nutritious meals for those on the ground, thank you! I can tell you from first hand experience, a toasted cheese and tomato sandwich after long hours on the fire ground tastes better than the finest meal! For those keen to donate to fire relief funds, please only donate to registered funds. There are many scams currently underway which is disappointing. If you need assistance finding an official fund, we are happy to point you into the right direction.
