19.01.2022 As of June 2015 I have had to enforce some policies so I can run my business more efficiently. Please read!! 1) I need at least 24/48 hours notice of cancellation. This is so other clients have a chance to get an appointment and so I can give notice to my assistant if I need to change her hours.... 2) If you cancel 2 times in a row I will no longer be booking you back in as this is extremely disruptive to my business and very unreliable. 3) if you no show to an appointment or cancel under 24 hours notice you will have to pay a cancellation fee for the time I have set aside for you. ($25 for each hour you are booked in for, unless sick). Thankyou so much for respecting these things so I can look after you better xoxoxo Candy
