18.01.2022 The mojito is one of Cubas oldest cocktails. The name comes from the African word "mojo" which means to place a little spell! Recipe: smash together some lime and mint, add ice, add rum, add fresh sugarcane juice.....DELICIOUS!!! Kats Cane Bar will be open from Thursday to Sunday this week at Hadrell Park Innisfail. Come and get your one or two litre bottles in time for your New Years Eve cocktails. To make a real mojito, muddle together some lime and mint, add a dash of rum, plenty of ice and top up with some beautiful fresh sugarcane juice. Simply delicious!!

09.01.2022 Hey everyone, Kats Cane Bar will not be open at Hadrell Park from Sat 21st July and the following week. However, I will be open and serving the delectable juice at Mundoo. The Tandem Cairns skydive center is hosting Winter Froth Boogie 18 where sportsjumpers from Australia wide and overseas meet up for a week of learning and fun. Ill be back on the road at Hadrell Park the beginning of August. Cheers Kat
