24.01.2022 Hi everyone, just a reminder for any last minute orders for delivery free of charge to the classic. C.E.S will be having a market stall there and be taking customer orders as well. See you on the tracks

23.01.2022 This trainer is awesome and as a trainer of both obedience and sled dogs i couldn't have put it better myself

21.01.2022 Our 2017 shirts are almost here. These ones have my 2016 race team on the front, Noah and Duke. We do have limited stock for sale if your interested and a huge thank you to Aussie Custom Apparel for their awesome design work yet again.

20.01.2022 Hi All, with race season quickly approaching i decided to deactivate our face book page while i did a bit of a revamp and get the shop bit in order. Main thing i worried about was flooding peoples walls with updates and changes. I still have a bit of work to do as not all our products are in the shop yet nor do i know exactly how it works so its going to be a learning process. When all else fails please get in contact through messenger and we would be all to happy to help. Th...e website will remain down for a bit longer as i'm really not happy with how it works. As promised last season, we will be releasing our "Loaded Lines" this season once testing has been completed. Similar to other cable inside rope lines, C.E.S Loaded Lines will easily connectable to current lines and a new Y section for team lead dogs will be available complete with cable inside. A complete range will be found in the shop and will update you all on release dates. At this stage we will be attending all the usual Victorian Club and ASSA races such as Nationals, Goldseekers, Dinner Plain and heading for S.A again competing in Wild dog and the trophy race. We will have our fully stocked stall and track side workshop if you need any onsite repairs. A calendar of events will be posted here for all clubs and associations as a one stop calendar for everyone to see. make sure you let us know if you want your event published on it. Hope to see you out on the tracks and if not have happy and safe trails where ever you may be.

20.01.2022 this will answer some many questions we get on why rawhide is dangerous

14.01.2022 Wow, i look at the date of our last update and i cant believe it has been over twelve months since. Needless to say we have been absolutely flat out as 2018 was one of the biggest and best years for C.E.S so far. January through to April saw the launch of our caravan, campers and dog float repairs and modifications part of the business. i wasn't expecting it to take off as quick as it did but two caravans and a full rebuild of a Toledo dog Float later ended up putting us a da...y late to the first boot camp of the year. With race season underway we continued to be very busy filling customer orders and attending races ourselves. Some of our equipment had begun drawing the attention of some long term and very well respected sledders who's advice was very appreciated, leading to two of our main products being completely remodeled, making them even better than before. We made our way interstate for the first time with all 18 of our dogs for South Australia's Wild Dog (wet dog) Derby and the Australian Nationals. Thank you WildDog Mushers Association and South Australian Sled Dog Club www.sasleddog.org.au for making us feel so welcome. Organization was great and everything ran smoothly. We look forward to catching up with you all again this year as we are looking at heading to Nationals in NSW, Wild Dog Derby and SA trophy race once again. For the first time i got to use our equipment in snow conditions rather than just watching it being used, as i entered the races at Dinner Plain. As expected it preformed flawlessly and the dogs and i had a ball. Race season finished on a high for C.E.S as the remodeled products completed their testing without incident and orders that were taken are now finished ready for delivery at boot camps this year as requested. With the 2018 race season drawing to an end we looked at finally getting stuck into our new display model caravan for the interstate trips in 2019. Unfortunately though, our work with rescue became more pressing with the most dogs we have seen coming in over an 8 weeks stretch in a long time. in 2018 three rescues closed their doors in Central Vic and with floods, droughts and other disasters it doesn't seem to be letting up anytime soon with dogs being transferred from interstate. Now things are cooling down and race season is once again upon us remember to have fun and stay safe out there on the tracks. The C.E.S Team P.S Promise we wont leave it so long till our next post lol

13.01.2022 So with our young bloke, Alan, stepping up to two dog in 2020 it's time to start planning and training his team. For those who don't know Alan achieved a great deal in his years as a junior including ASSA junior champion and ASSA junior Musher. Only the second junior to ever receive both awards in the one year. This brings us to our delema. Evie, his dog who he trained and won all the awards with will not run in a two dog team. After discussing this issue with Curt & Fleur ...Perano we learnt some dogs loose focus when their tug lines go slack. Young Alan could correct this in one dog with the brakes but it's not possible in two dog as we have proven. Classic this year I was asked to replicate a worn two dog line in my track side workshop. The curious thing about the lines is there was a bungee in each tug line and not in the main gangline. After questioning the customer he explained that it helps if his dogs aren't striding together and the individual bungees take up there slack. After discussing it with Lisa we agreed in theory this just might help Evie in running two dog and save Alan having to train two new dogs. Big test for their theory next weekend and we'll keep you posted. Got a racing problem or a never seen before product you want made? Why not message us with a drawing of your idea and we will see what we can do.

06.01.2022 Hey All, With things slowly returning to normal after the Covid 19 lock down, but not sure for how long, Orders and Back orders are slowly making their way out to customers. Our Loaded Lines released this year have been very popular and feedback on these orders have been great and wide spread. If customers could leave feed back here too for other customers that would be great.... Custom Walking / Canni Belt orders are now being filled as we finally got more materials and components for them so we should see those going out in the next week or so with the other bits and pieces you have ordered. Again we thank all of our customers who have waited patiently through this difficult time. The C.E.S Team.
