The South Australian Government have announced strict lockdown measures that require all non-essential people to remain inside their homes (with no outdoor exercise) for a minimum of 6 days effective as at midnight tonight. INFORMATION FOR CLIENTS... Accordingly, next week: Level 1 by Zoom (as normal). Level 2 by Zoom (as normal). Level 3 - training PAUSED until further notice.
