Bec came out on top in the Community/Social Enterprise/Not-for-Profit Category and also took home the People’s Choice Award at the 2020 Business News 40 under 40 Awards. Cannings Purple founder and Managing Director Warrick Hazeldine was a past winner of a 40 under 40 award.... The Cannings Purple team is delighted Bec has been recognised for her ongoing work, including raising $85,000 for the Life without Limits campaign earlier this year, and we congratulate her, he said. Bec’s tireless energy to run the Type 1 Diabetes Family Centre while completing marathon swims, even as life and the COVID-19 pandemic threw up unforeseen challenges, continues to astonish. She truly lives the ‘Life without Limits’ motto and we’re gratified that the financial and profile-raising support we provided was so beneficial.
