21.01.2022 Nom nom nom! We are shaking things up a bit tonight. Instead of a traditional style Sunday Roast, Chef decided that he wanted to do Rosemary & Parmesan Crumbed Lamb Chops. They are going to be absolutely beautiful served up with Duchess Colcannon Mash, Oven Roasted Cherry Tomatoes, Sweet Potato Crisps, BBQ Corn and Garlic Butter Broccolini....
