25.01.2022 Another article that was done in Fast Fours & Rotaries that my son had copied & framed & put up at his work STRONG MOTORS. The car changed over time. Changed Top Loader gearbox with a stronger Jericho transmission & better clutch (twin plate design). Got rid of Nitros as there were too many problems with the technology available back then. Designed a 1/2 inch chrome molly bolt idea to hold engine together better (now this idea is what everyone uses). A few other changes over time until we sold it to Grant Williams less Motor.

25.01.2022 The wiring work has started. It is a huge job. Microtech units for everything except the MSD units that control the amount of spark available. When finished it will be Tristan from OCD Engines job to do all the tuning & setting up everything. Go & check out the OCD Engines facebook page.

24.01.2022 Car is progressing & hopefully xmas or early next year be ready.

23.01.2022 It has been a long time coming but finally it is going. Hopefully everything else will be done by the end of the year. We had a temporary radiator setup in car for start up as the correct one is still being made by PWR. Tristan from OCD Engines is going to do the tune settings once it is ready for Dyno & Race track. I will do the fine tuning from there.

23.01.2022 Time to remind everyone that we do all types of SERVICING & REPAIRS to all makes & models & commercial vehicles. We can service vehicles whilst under new car warranty & it won't void your warranty. Highly recomend that all the different types of vehicles have intermediate services. More important for all the latest Diesel engines. Any questions don't hesitate to call. Please let all your friends & relatives know about the excellent service & price they will receive from this business.

22.01.2022 Some progress has happened recently. Not as much as i would have liked. Engine al finished ready to put back into car. Waiting on RX7 to come back from getting some more fabrication, tinwork etc done. Still planning to have vehicle going this year sometime.

17.01.2022 Couple of photos of what it looks like with bonnet & front section fitted. I

16.01.2022 The start of doing a Peripheral Port Naturally aspirated engine. This is for a Circuit Racer. Using RX8 rotors as they are slightly higher compression than the turbo rotors. All the housings & internals are new parts. The Peripheral Porting, clearanced rotors, balacing, stud kit was done by Kev at SCR.

16.01.2022 It has been a long time but Aaron's RX7 is finally going back together with the 20B triple rotor. Should be back on the road soon.

14.01.2022 Finally got it to idle correctly.

14.01.2022 Found these photos recently. It is a time in our early racing days that a lot of people aren't aware of because the white car only lasted about 12 months before the crash. It was repaired & became the blue car. Mechanically the other big differences between the white & blue car was, white car had suck through turbo/carby setup & top loader gearbox, blue car was mechanical methanol injection with Jerrico gearbox. The blue car is the one most peopl remember.

11.01.2022 Dummy engine out & fitted engine being used. Engine needs to pulled apart & freshened before using.

10.01.2022 I have just found out that the body off our old RX7 is still around & available for sale. It is now painted black. Apparently there is the body, doors, fibreglass front, wheel tubs & a couple of other items. If anyone is interested let me know & i will pass on a contact name. Possibly about $2500 negotiable.

07.01.2022 An article that was in Fast Fours & Rotaries a long time ago. My son had it copied & framed for his workshop. STRONG MOTORS.

07.01.2022 Some more progress to the RX7. Internal wiring finished, only engine bay to go. Rear end finished, only brake lines & diff centre to be done. Front suspension & brakes fitted, only brake lines to go. Dummy engine assembly, bell housing & gearbox fitted.

06.01.2022 STRONG MOTORS has finished the move from the Charles Street premises. Please inform everyone you know that they have to go to 10 HORWOOD STREET now not Charles Street. Phone numbers, email etc is the same. If anyone has had trouble ringing blame NBN & Telstra for stuffing it all up. All appears ok now. The new premises are far superior to the Charles St premises. Call in & have a look. You will be impressed with the amount of work done to get it ready.

05.01.2022 RX7 finally has moved to get some work done. Minor chassis work being done. Dummy engine & gearbox to be mounted etc.

04.01.2022 Spread the word. Mechanical repairs & Serving to all Makes & Models, 4X4 & commercial vehicles at a great price. ROTARY engine repairs & servicing.

03.01.2022 Its been a while since any progress photos were posted. Project is still moving along. Still on track for completion early 2020. Won't be long & it will be time for Tristan from OCD Engines to do some tuning.

02.01.2022 Some information that may help you understand Capped Price Servicing....... Remember there is more to servicing your vehicle than what the service book says. Look up EXTREME CONDITIONS in your service book. This is what the majority of vehicles schedule should be serviced to. There are also additional tasks performed which may not be listed that need to be done on the modern motor vehicle..... Also a vehicle serviced by a non dealer workshop doesn't void WARRANTY so long as it is done to the minimum schedule specified & parts etc used meet OEM standards. .. Any questions please give the workshop a call.

01.01.2022 A trip down memory lane. One of the T shirts we used to sell when we were racing in the 90's. This one was put in a frame & is like brand new.
