23.01.2022 Hello members, work has started today on new toilet containers with Nathan Carr giving them a good pressure wash clean ready for fit out and painting later. Lachie Madden will have some welding to do patching up a tek screw holes plus weld in secondary steel door frames inside container doors. Jeremy Lindfield and Chris Connelly are ready to measure up and plan the layout and start cutting holes etc.... I have a plasma cutter here to cut floor outlets. Regan Skelton will be here I’m sure to make sure it’s all going plan. We have a couple to do so will be a team effort from all so more help the better. Kyle from Reece plumbing will be coming out to see what we need for fit out and throwing some stuff our way. Sam Duff, Zach Madden & Cody Vardenega will then get the job of wiring them up before BMJ cart to track. Let’s get going on these please I would like them out at track within 4 wks to do final hook up. There’s material out here at my shop already so drop in and see what we can use. 13.01.2022 Hello members, work was in full swing today on the new toilets thanks to Chris Connolly, Chris has put in all of today and started the fit out on ladies toilets first. We decided to set up both female and male toilets to cater for disabled wheel chair access and disabled toilet in both. Chris will set up an access ramp to the correct specifications when they get delivered onsite. Thanks Chris for the effort today even the President got in and did some grinding and welding. P...lumber Jeremy Lindfield with the help of Reece plumbing will be in soon to fit toilets and pipe work. Thanks to Twice Around for donating all the steel colour bond sheet plus door frames for fit out. Contact me if you have some time to help Chris out as he has two of them to finish ASAP. COVID restrictions apply including 1x support person for Juniors and location based restrictions for entries. 11.01.2022 COVID UPDATE The NSW Government, as from today 26 Sept has relaxed COVID restrictions for community sport so that more than one parent/carer can watch their child play sport. This means that if you have a junior riding at our enduro tomorrow, you are no longer restricted to one support person. Please note that all other COVID restrictions still apply especially social distancing. It should be a great day and we look forward to seeing you all there.

11.01.2022 *2020 UPDATE* Unfortunately this year has not been kind to us. We have all but a new committee, COVID has thrown sports in general for a 6, the battle of our surrounding clubs changing dates to run race/ride days around restrictions (understandably so), securing officials, and now unfortunately even though we had a verbal, the restrictions around our track location with neighbours and Cabonne Council we DO NOT have approval to run our ride day on the 29th November. We do apo...logise for the inconsistency and lack of communication and track time at both our MX and Enduro tracks for the 2020 Season. We will hold our ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING on the 29th November at approx 3pm at the Robin Hood Hotel (time and location to be confirmed) if you want a say for your club for the 2021 season please join us. As with all AGM’s committee positions are also up for nomination & change. Please respond to our event ‘AGM’ if you are able to make it so we have an idea of numbers (COVID) Thankyou for your patience and support for 2020 and we look forward to seeing you all at the track in 2021

I would like to thank 2020 committee for there support and work over this testing time and Covid period. Club memberships for 2021 are now accessible on MNSW Ridernet with associate memberships now available so if your not a rider you can still be a part of the club. The regular categories are still available Family, Senior rider, Junior rider, Nipper rider with prices staying the same as 2020. More updates will be coming soon on working bees and work that needs to be carried out on toilets, start gates, plus getting some work done around the Nippers track etc. Seeking advice from a plumber regarding toilets. Race calendar dates will be posted in the next few weeks as a draft for Motox and Enduro after we look at other clubs dates. 08.01.2022 CMCC AGM Thank you to those who took the time to attend our AGM yesterday, all 9 of you (which includes 2 absentee apologies). As the Canobolas Motorcycle Club stands at the moment, without more committee members, there will be no racing in 2021 - this includes MX and Off-Road/Enduro. There will be another AGM to be held in 2weeks on SUNDAY 13th DECEMBER 2020 at the Robin Hood Hotel at 3pm. This will be the FINAL opportunity for anyone to put their hand up to assist in keepi...ng the club running and give the Orange Locals a home track/s to race at for 2021 Season. Due to the lack of attendance of Nippers parents at working bees and on the committee it has been decided that the Nippers track will NOT run in 2021, and the Nippers will race on a shortened part of the main track. If you do not like this decision, please attend the AGM, have your say and offer your assistance and support. Due to the lack of attendance also with Enduro Riders/parents at track prep and on the committee, Enduro race days will rely on attendance also, so please attend the AGM, have your say and offer your assistance and support. As previously mentioned All committee positions are available. It is unfortunate that only VERY few members of our club acknowledge the privilege of have the above 2 options within our club. Please express your interest in attendance at the next AGM on our event post.

06.01.2022 Thanks to everyone who supported our Echo Enduro today. We may have had only one race day this year, but it was a good one. A special thanks to one person who spent most of the day thanking everyone else....Greg Elliott....this man does so much from marking the track, to getting the race permit and organising all the Officials and Scrutineers. Next time you are in Morris Motorcycles give him a (socially distanced ) pat on the back.

05.01.2022 Hello Members, regarding club memberships for 2021 we fixed the glitch in the system you can now go to MNSW rider net and obtain your new membership then renew or apply for competition license if required. The committee has had a discussion about a rebate for 2020 members who did not get any racing for the year with Covid. We thought it fair that you can apply to have 50% of your 2020 membership credited back to you with maybe some form of a bank deposit or voucher to spend a...t the club in the future eg Canteen preferrered ). We have a list of 2020 members it will be as simple as filling in a form we will provide eg at sign in at one of our upcoming events. This offer will probably have a cut off at mid year 30 June If you do not wish to claim the refund the club will consider this as a donation and it will be except it with many thanks, not forgetting the club has taken a big loss as well. PLEASE NOTE: you must pay the full amount for your required 2021 membership on ridernet we cannot set the system to give you discount when you renew. Any questions please ask, our aim is letting you know we are doing our best to look after our members. Thank you John Prior, President

05.01.2022 Hello members, the weekend went off well in the end although made difficult by excessive rain early in the week causing havoc I would like to thank all the workers who put in a great effort plus all the keen riders for turning up over 100 so that’s great. 02.01.2022 It is with great regret that we have to cancel our come try day/ride day this coming weekend due to circumstances we have no control over. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to seeing you for a ride day in October. So that everyone is also reminded it takes a lot to get a ride day or race day prepared. Assistance at working bees is required to allow a club to run. The same 8 or 9 people have been all that has turned up to any working bee this year, most of whi...ch aren’t actually riders..... many hands make light work! We hope to see a lot more participation at the next Working Bee
