23.01.2022 With a touch of Spring weather in the air, now is the time for gardening. Lots of potted plants for sale at Canowindra Craft & Hobbies Shop. Great cooking continues everyday & tempts the most strong willed person to buy - be quick for the Rocky Road too. The shelves are well stocked with delicious local honey, homemade jams, chutneys, sauces all just beautiful. New stocks of woollen yarn has arrived for the keen knitter/crocheter to choose from - all so tempting. Red Dot Sale continues and has been very popular. A great time to stock up on Embroidery thread, laces & more. Drop in to check out the great variety of lovely items.

23.01.2022 What a cold week! Be prepared for the next burst of cold weather by popping into the Canowindra Craft & Hobbies Shop to see the great selection of warm and cosy items available for sale. The RED DOT sale is going well & there's still lots of bargains to be had. Our cooks are amazing and make delicious cakes, pies, sausage rolls, biscuits & more available everyday - treat yourself to something special. Wool sales continue to increase and keep our wool buyer busy with order...ing more. Don't forget if you need a specific yarn, leave a message at the shop and every attempt will be made to supply your needs. Face masks are a hot item at present & our ladies are busy sewing to provide them for the shop. Covid regulations continue and all safety recommendations are in place. See more

18.01.2022 How fast has this year flown! With only 19 WEEKS till Christmas now is the perfect time to think of gifts for girls & boys. With our lay-bye system, purchases can be secured early & paid off over time - a great way to budget. This weeks photo's feature lots of ideas such as handmade dolls dressed beautifully in knitted outfits, gorgeous knitted toys, cuddly fabric animals including ducks, kangaroos and more. The little baby dolls dressed in crocheted outfits are just gorgeous, the clown pillows just wanting a cuddle - and those fabulous wooden toys for little boys are the best..so much to see in the Canowindra Craft Shop. Ongoing items include the RED DOT sale, yummy cooking, jams, chutneys & sauces as well as the beautiful selection of wool. Do call in to see much more.

11.01.2022 This week we welcome a new member (male) who makes great sculptures/items which would create a talking point feature in any garden or home. These unique items are beautifully made using horseshoes, and would make an ideal Christmas gift all very reasonably priced. Call in and check out the range and we hope to receive more soon.

09.01.2022 Lots of new items have arrived this week. Beautiful handmade dressed dolls, doorstop doll, Lego Mats, Baby change mat & cuddly bunny, also dolls clothes. Lovely long clear see through knitting bags - easy to see your knitting. New stock has arrived including circular knitting needles - not to forget the extensive range of knitting yarns including cotton for the summer garments. Usual delicious cooking, fresh eggs, jams, relish, honey & more goodies always available. Open Monday - Saturday 10am - 2pm.

08.01.2022 This week a CLEARANCE SALE commences at Canowindra Craft & Hobbies Shop. Red dot sales on laces for knitted coathangers ( and other projects), coloured piping, Crochet cotton & more. Embroidery cotton goes out for 50c per skein. A great chance to stock up on these items - will not be cheaper anywhere. Pop in for the best choice - will not last at these prices. Open Monday - Saturday 10am - 2pm. All Covid health requirements observed.

08.01.2022 With Christmas fast approaching we have delicious Christmas Cakes and Gift Baskets for sale in the Craft Shop. These items sell fast so get in early. This week received a beautiful range of cotton yarn for knitting & crocheting. The colours are just lovely and the range includes Cotton, Cotton blends and Cotton & wool blend in 4ply and 8 ply. Also received a new range of pattern books - these also sell fast so pop in the browse the choice. There's a large range of knitting yarns too, Wool, Acrylic, Blends.. much more.

07.01.2022 Started this week with a fun & surprise birthday for Tommy - thanks to so many people supporting - and people can keep a secret in Canowindra! With beautiful spring weather now is the time for gardening - lots of new plants in the shop at very reasonable prices. As always, delicious home cooking every day - and jams, chutneys, pickles and sauces sell almost as soon as they come in - do try. Check out great ideas for Christmas, time is going fast.
