25.01.2022 Thanks to those who have put their orders in for tomorrow already, for everyone else who intends ordering on Friday, if you can get them in tonight it is a great help to me. Fridays are the busiest day of the week in school canteens. :)

18.01.2022 Thanks everyone for the orders. If anybody could spare an hour or two on a Friday it would be much appreciated. Looking for someone from 9 till 11 and someone from 11 till 1. If we can get a few helpers we can just make it once every few weeks. It is a hard task to get hot, fresh food ready at exactly the same time for 100-120 kids. Most of the food is pre made by me so just needs heating and sandwiches need making and toastng, labels on drinks etc and putting into baskets.

07.01.2022 Today at 12:20 my oven had a major fault and took out all lights and power in the canteen. Power was not restored until 2pm. My apologies for those whose lunch was delayed whilst I set up makeshift cooking in the other room but I did my very best in the citcumstances.

04.01.2022 A big thank you to Liz. Chieko fand Wendy for helping out last Friday, and also to Mel who helped on Monday. Of course thank you to my regular Friday superstar Sassy and also to Prim and everyone who has helped out since I have been here. I have an ongoing need for helper/s on Thursdays.
