21.01.2022 Canterburry Institute of Management has been operating since 1999. Our new devision Canterbury Training and Consulting (CTC) promotes a balanced approach to training with a focus on the key areas of Technology, Process and Agile People. We provide extensive training options tailored to your organisation’s needs from vendor-certified courses to customised training. Training is customised with wellbeing factor in it. It is structured around wellness room where employees rea...dy to embrace their mind - body - soul practice - employees perform Mat Pilates Stretch class while discussing issues at work and how their physical restrictions/inflexibility can be in the way of being productive during work hours. We help teams to develop resilience during change. Moving and stretching in between the training sessions is great but moving and stretching while learning it’s a totally new and agile way of doing things (our regular face to face training is at our premises that goes for 2 days - 16 hours - starting a day with 15min full range of motion, roll down and standing balance, identifying problems during spring meeting (project overview in stages) - look into core and posture development, blog list (to do list) specific exercises to correct an issue, 30min lunch time - YOU time or networking time, 15min - stretch time and body alignment and meditation. CTC campus is located on 41 McLaren St, NORTH SYDNEY, in the Hub of Sydney’s IT Business District.Campus is within walking distance to the main transport, education, sports facilities. CTC offers full time courses in North Sydney and will also be able to provide Project Management, Six Sigma, Agile or Scrum training courses on-site at your campus and convenience provided we have at least 8 participants. 17.01.2022 Please welcome our new staff member Irena Petrovic Irena joined us couple weeks ago as Client Engagement and Marketing Coordinator. Irena has over 10 years experience in Change Management including working as an Organization and Change Consultant for Deloitte Consulting LLP in Chicago IL. She has a Masters Degree from Springfield College, MA in Industrial Organizational Psychology. She is experienced in SAP and PeopleSoft software implementations. Irena is now a certified Change Pro Consultant with Scrum Master fundamentals. She also has a passion for Pilates and works in both Government and Corporates finding the balance high performance work and a healthy lifestyle.
