21.01.2022 Congratulations to all Can Too Run into Springers. Run into Spring was Can Too's first run program delivered since Sydney was in lockdown. The program prepared participants to achieve their running goal of 10 to 21km on the weekend of 19 - 20 September. As the Blackmores Sydney Running Festival was cancelled due to government restrictions, Can Too delivered safe alternative, supported runs in each training group's preferred location. Participants raised over $109,000 for cancer research and prevention.

21.01.2022 Congratulations and thank you to all the Run into Springers who ran today.

08.01.2022 It is with such a heavy heart that I share the news to the Can Too community of the death of fellow Can Tooer, Celia Tilbury said Can Too Founder Annie Crawford. "I have such amazing memories of how brave Celia was when she first joined our swimming program years ago. She was so nervous about the swimming and the death of her husband from cancer was so raw. "Celia showed the true values of Can Too - she inspired and motivated me as she swam through her fear and became an incr...edible swimmer. She was amazing. I feel so sad about her death and my heart goes out to her boys Alex and Scott. I can only imagine how much pain you are going through." Our condolences to Celia's family who have requested donations to Can Too instead of flowers: https://www.cantoo.org.au//InMe/in-memory-of-celia-tilbury Our thoughts and prayers are with Celia's family at this time. Please see a note below from Celia's son Scott: Alex and I are keenly aware that many of Celia's nearest and dearest are unable to attend her memorial service this Friday. We regret that the virus restrictions have necessitated such a small church attendance. We hope that you can still join us via live video stream at 10:30am, Friday 18th September. Please use the link below to access the online video feed. A password is not required: http://bit.ly/celiatilburymemorialservice Please note that the above link will only be active immediately prior to the service commencing (it currently defaults to the St Swithun's homepage). The service will also be recorded, with a file available for later viewing on request. Thank you for your understanding and for helping us to commemorate our beautiful mother - Scott Tilbury
