20.01.2022 Today our top tennis players from Redlands College competed in the Met East Carnival for the QLD Secondary Schools Cup. It was a great day of tennis with huge progress shown by all of our students. We were up against many strong teams and the boys definently did us proud. Great job boys and very happy with how they represented Redlands College and CTC and put themselves in a challenging situation and did their very best. These boys are all students of CTC, love their tennis and now becoming great coaches and adding to our culture here at CTC. Brandon has just come off a 4 tournament win streak and has been training hard at CTC preparing to go back on tour. Brandon is currently ranked #333 in the world and #30 in Australia and frequently helps out in our tennis programs at Redlands College and the club. A great experience for our tennis students! Coach Ryan from Capalaba Tennis Centre approached me this afternoon to exp...ress his appreciation and acknowledge the effort Jess exhibits. Jess packs and unpacks the nets, and often puts the poles away without being asked. It is evident that she is organised, eager to assist and keen to shine. Her efforts have not gone unnoticed. Coach Ryan has witnessed Jess keenly coach her peers by patiently re-iterating previously delivered Tennis techniques. Jess, Ryan is mightily impressed with how disciplined you are and we are so proud to hear all about you!
