25.01.2022 Big hello to Sarah, 10! She’s back for another season of cheer this year. Sarah always brings her fun personality to the games and loves being able to express herself through cheer. She also enjoys relaxing between games with a cup of potato gems Her signature trick at the games is a round off back handspring!

25.01.2022 Welcome Ingrid, 7! It’s her first season as part of the squad and Ingrid is already impressing the crowd with her tricks and performance. She loves being lifted in the performance stunts and getting to stay up late on game nights. She’s always flipping and moving on the sidelines and loves showing off her sky high split jump!

24.01.2022 Say hi to Paige N, 11! It’s Paige’s first season on the Capital City Cheer squad this year. She loves being part of the team, learning the new routines, and having lots of fun with the squad. Front walkovers are one of her favourite tricks to perform!

18.01.2022 Introducing Asha, 13! This year is her second season as a Capital City Cheer member. She loves the opportunities and experience that comes along with being part of the squad, as well as getting up close to the action of the games. Asha also enjoys being able to see her different friends at cheer and working with the squad girls of all ages. She’s always impressing the crowd with her amazing round off aerial!

17.01.2022 Say hi to Emma, 12! Emma is new on the Capital City Cheer squad this year and is already making a splash with her sideline cheering and energetic personality. She loves being close to the action at the entertaining games and spending time with her friends on the cheer team. Her favourite dance move is any type of jump or leap!

10.01.2022 Introducing Faith, 14! She is in her second season as a Capital City Cheerleader and brings so much energy and personality to the court. Faith loves being part of a amazing group of girls on the squad and can always be seen smiling and dancing on the sidelines. Her favourite trick is her show-stopping aerial!

03.01.2022 Introducing Sonya, 18! It may be her first season, but Sonya is already showing what a good role model and leader she is to all the younger girls on the squad. She loves getting to perform for the crowd and dancing with all the different ages on the team. She also enjoys showing off her signature dance move - split jumps into the splits!
