25.01.2022 Look how we're growing! It's exciting times and the countdown is well and truly on. Windows and balconies are progressively being installed into the Independent Living apartments and Residential Care facility. Next step is floor finishings in the apartments and interior and exterior finishing is taking place on the Residential Care building. External site works including roads, parking, pathways, planters, and landscaping are also now underway.

24.01.2022 Renowned West Australian mural artist Kyle Hughes-Odgers has completed 2 of 3 large scale murals at our Capecare Dunsborough site, and we captured some shots of him in action. Kyle's been inspired by local nature in his design and given it a modern twist in his signature style. There's still the entry statement mural to complete but we couldn't wait to show you his progress. 22.01.2022 The development of Capecare Dunsborough has come a long way through 2020 in some very trying and uncertain times. The integrated team has performed well and the results speak for themselves With the roofs on and glazing going in, the focus remains on the internal fit out and finishing trades External works have commenced with carparking to the east and under covered area of the apartment building... 12.01.2022 FURRY FRIENDS : Did you know you can bring your beloved dog or cat with you when you move to your Capecare Dunsborough independent living apartment? We know pets can provide positive health benefits and can contribute to the overall well-being of their owners. We have a pet policy we ask lessees to sign to ensure that other residents who don’t wish to have pets around them are not negatively impacted.

11.01.2022 The CWA of Dunsborough is busy raising funds to outfit its new HQ which will be housed on the ground floor of our apartment complex. They’re having a raffle this Saturday from 9am till 4pm outside Coles. The prizes are donated artwork from local artists. Paintings by Libby Sheppard and Teresa Townsend. There is also a nuno felted scarf by Ann Taylor. Please support these wonderful women!

10.01.2022 It's hard to believe we turned the sod on 4 November 2019 on our Dunsborough site - we've come so far! Roofing is now complete, internal finishes are progressing, double glazing being installed and roadworks underway. Just 7 months to go and plenty more updates to come.
