22.01.2022 Berowra residents David and Liz have four daughters, aged between 13 and 21. All four sisters were given the opportunity to decorate their new bedrooms! I figured the girls were old enough to decide what they wanted, explains David. They each picked the colours and they have done a fantastic job so I am really proud of what they’ve done. Each of them has done their own little thing. We couldn't agree more, their rooms look fantastic!

18.01.2022 The MBA Excellence in Housing Awards were announced today and unfortunately our entries were not announced winner in any of the categories this year. We're very proud of the range of categories our projects covered which are a testament to Cape Cod’s work and the all the team that works behind the projects to make this possible. We would like to thank both the MBA and our Clients whose projects were part of the various awards entries as well as acknowledge the other winners well done, everyone! We will now keep our fingers crossed on our HIA Award entries and are excited to share that we were advised today that for these Awards, we have been recognised as a Finalist in all four categories. Winners will be announced on 20 November and we are hoping for at least one win and will keep you all posted!

18.01.2022 With four daughters moving into the teen years and beyond, homeowners Liz and David approached Cape Cod Australia to make their upper North Shore home suitable for the next decade of family life, adding in more living spaces, a reworked kitchen/dining space, along with new generously sized bedrooms for the girls as part of a first-floor addition. The final result has added another living space and taken the home from four bedrooms to six (or five and a study), so all the kids... now have their own bedrooms, as well as a third bathroom, all located on the new first floor addition. This was just done in time before COVID, so I had a study throughout lockdown. Having a space I could go to and work in during COVID has been brilliant. 16.01.2022 Brooke and Jeremy were looking for a builder that was flexible. As a tradie, Jeremy used some of his industry contacts to do elements of the build, so some parts of the project were built by him, while utilising Cape Cod’s team for major work, including the design design and structural work. The renovation work was completed in just a couple of months, with the family living there most of the time, only moving out for 10 days in the middle of the process. 12.01.2022 Large or small-scale, we’ll make it happen. Renovating a Victorian terrace usually means a battle to bring natural light into the centre of the dwelling. This terrace underwent a significant internal renovation and extension comprising of an additional bedroom, study and open plan living/dining spaces. 06.01.2022 Homeowners Leonora and Chris wanted to transform their quaint looking 1960s house into a modern home and with the help of Cape Cod Australia, they managed to turn their awkward floorplan and dated façade into a grand home that matched its spectacular outlook and amazing location. Working with their Design Consultant, Mark, they have managed to get everything ticked off their wish-list by adding an addition with four generously sized bedrooms for their children, along with built-in robes, a new family bathroom and powder room, with a small extra living space for the kids, a balcony and a large deck off the existing kitchen/living area. The former kids’ bedrooms are now being converted into a generous master suite, while the existing master is being turned into a rumpus room for the kids.
