22.01.2022 Target training on the rower One of the main goals for this client is to increase his aerobic fitness. Our finisher for today session was 5 x 200m target rows, aiming to keep our /500m under 2:00mins. As the fatigued kicked in, keeping the target below 2:00mins/500m was tough, but mental resilience and some verbal encouragement helped get him over the line!!
