17.01.2022 Thanks to the support of our customers the Capel Community Bank Branch have proudly been able to invest in over 20 community groups projects happening throughout 2020 and 2021. The Capel RSL Sub_Branch is one of the successful community groups from the Capel Community Pitch night 2020. Funding received will go towards the removal of the asbestos ceiling in the Capel RSL Hall. The replacement of the ceiling will give members, visitors and future groups a safer, energy efficient and ergonomic ceiling and hall to use for the community. #CapelCommunityPitch2020 RSL Capel RSL Capel #ProudlySupportingTheCapelCommunity

16.01.2022 The Capel Community Bank Branch's Business of the Month for October is Whichcraft Quilting Anita from Whichcraft Quilting started sewing at the early age of 4 years old and was taught by her mum. At the age of 23 she started quilting and has been collecting materials for the past 12 years. Anita found it hard to find matching fabrics locally, so turned to overseas suppliers to bring a unique and wide range of quilting fabrics and haberdashery to her store. ... Anita opened her doors eight weeks ago and has been overwhelmed by the support from locals. Anita makes her own products for sale and can take custom orders too. Whichcraft Quilting currently run ‘Learn How to Sew’ classes on a Thursday night and ‘Learn Quilting’ classes on a Saturday night. During the school holidays classes will be running for school students.
