25.01.2022 A message from the Capella Cultural Centre regarding COVID-19 (Coronavirus) As you may already be aware a number of events and movies at the Capella Cultural Centre have now been cancelled in response to the Federal Governments ban on non-essential indoor gatherings. If you have purchased tickets to any event that has been CANCELLED, you will be contacted within 5 business days to arrange a refund for your tickets. If you have purchased tickets to any event that has been POST...PONED, please hold onto your current tickets. We will contact you as soon as new dates have been confirmed and will provide you with new tickets. 18.01.2022 CAPELLA COUNTRY MUSIC FESTIVAL IS POSTPONED UNTIL 2021 It is with a really heavy heart that we have been forced to postpone the Capella Country Music Festival u...ntil 2021. Our Committee has decided that in light of the current crisis and for the protection of our Fans, Artists, Sponsors, Volunteers and our Community, that it is best to forego our festival in 2020 and to focus on delivering a cracker of an event in 2021. We would particularly like to thank and acknowledge all of our Artists. These extraordinary people do so much for our country - especially in times of crisis. It is now the country music communities turn to return the favour to this industry by simply purchasing their CDs online, joining in on their online concerts and engaging with them via social media. In addition we would also like to thank the amazing sponsors that offered to support us for the 2020 Festival. Many of these sponsors are Small Businesses who are the backbone of our economy and are also going to need our support during this tough time. We will be sharing all of their names and details with you shortly and we encourage you to use their services where you can and to offer an ear, should they need to talk. 13.01.2022 While, sadly, many theatres across the globe are closed right now, including ours, a number of "digital stages" and online screenings are popping up to provide new opportunities to experience the arts during these times. One of the world's premier dance theatres, Sadler's Wells, launched their online program with an exclusive screening of Deluxe by BalletBoyz, and will be followed by others in a weekly series.
