04.01.2022 Another busy weekend on the farm. I found a method to preserve whole figs that actually works. A long process but so worth it. Beautiful soft tasty figs that have been dehydrated. They need to be kept in the fridge - serving suggestion - dip in chocolate. I also made sticky fig syrup which is a lovely colour and tastes like nectar. I love fig season. Figs using this method $15 per 500g Sticky Fig syrup 500ml $10
