22.01.2022 We here at Capeweather are very useless. I'm not only just talking about being a band in general (because you've all come to realise we were very bad at that) but also in all our individual day to day lives. In being useless we forgot to mention that we were on a amazing 2x7" vinyl compilation called "WRONG WORLD" that got released in 2012 with other Australian bands kicking around that time such as: CARBS, LAEIRS, ZITA GRIMM, NEBRASKA, INDEPENDENT THOUGHT ALARM, WEIGHTLESS a...nd TREEHOUSE. It's the only recorded Capeweather song on vinyl! I don't know what the song is called and we have no digital version of it anymore....so more incentive to grab a copy I guess. Honestly the time, effort and love put into this whole thing is great and we couldn't thank the dudes in Nebraska, Magic Hour Recordings and Civic Duty Recordings enough for putting this together. At the time this was being made we were very disorganised and am very certain they most likely wanted to kill us, so all we can say is we were very grateful for having the opportunity to be apart of this and thank you for being patient with us 4 individuals who amazingly can tie our own shoelaces. Marshall's three channel beast JCM2000 tsl100 modified on the Rosetta tour more even more rock please if you are keen or know anyone asking $700 but will negotiate if I have too.
