25.01.2022 Well its Friday again, and hasnt the time flown. Another week closer to Christmas. I thought it is time to give you another drink to think about. So I have decided on ICED MATCHA COFFEE. I know your saying YUCK, but hey give it a go Its good. 1 1/2 cups of Almond milk, 1 tablespoon honey, 1/2 espresso coffee, 2 teaspoons Matcha green tea powder. Add all ingredients except milk, stir than add hot milk. Yum. Enjoy

The winter sports are starting and hubby is looking forward to Friday night Football on TV. 23.01.2022 Sorry I havent posted for a while but have been away learning about coffee, of course. One of the things that I found out was that the consumption of coffee is still on an upward trend. There have been an increase in the Matcha teas, Chais and Turmeric drinks and a lot of extra flavors are being added to coffee, but I wonder if it is just fashion. I still just love a simple cup of coffee. Nothing beats the smell of freshly roasted beans. Ill leave you with that thought (smell)

19.01.2022 Well its Monday again what can I say. We have had all the holidays that we are going to get for a little while and its back to work to pay off all those bills we have all racked up. Our Vans are out and about so make yourselves known. If it is too hot for a hot cuppa why dont you try one of their iced coffees, chocolate or chai. Have a great one, looking forward to Easter.

17.01.2022 Hi all I have been a little bit lax of late with my posts, sorry about that. We do have some very exciting news. We will soon have a new coffee van in the Park Ridge area. They are being trained and the van is being built as I write this. Will post some photos of the new van as they come in. It is very exciting as we are having this one built on the Gold Coast. It is on the 7 - 9th September at the Redland Showgrounds, cnr of Long and Smith Streets Cleveland. There is plenty of things to do, see and hear. With music, art and cultural displays, side show alley and fireworks and of course strawberrys. Also and the most important thing you will be able to buy the best coffee from one of our vans.
