17.01.2022 WOW .... VERY disappointing.. the thrust of this story and random shuffling of my comments to present the opposite points I was making, took me aback hugely. My main points to Elle Vidovich where: 1 .Winter specifically does not cause any particular problems or delays. ... (it can rain in the other 3 seasons as well) 2. The job costs wont blow out because it is winter. It appears Elle had made up her mind about a story in which 'winter is a problem' and chose to ignore my points; that it wasn't. Very poorly written and not informative at all. At Capitalbuilding (also the rest of the building industry) we build all year round and winter presents no particular problems, end of story
