19.01.2022 2021 is back, and the market is in full swing! If you're not seeing much on the market at the moment, take heart as sales agents are focusing right now on listing properties for sale. Which means, in a few weeks' time that *should* translate into a small increase in properties for sale... time will tell! 09.01.2022 Love my Sunday sleep-ins. And no, this is not my bedroom (dream on! Credit goes to StudioFour for this one) but today’s a special day and I had to share this beautiful room from our Instagram page with you here. Today marks the Winter solstice! Yep, the sunlight hours only get longer and better from here. Spring is just 72 days away. Not that I’m counting ... After some big rainfalls (which I completely slept through after a big work day yesterday - sleeping is my SuperPower) the sunshine today is a perfect reminder that even though it’s been a tumultuous first half to 2020, you just never know what’s ahead. We really do enjoy four full seasons here, even if it feels a bit too early to be thinking of Winter just yet! 04.01.2022 With only 8 Saturday’s left before Santa arrives, many buyers won’t have a new home under their Christmas tree. FOMO is pushing prices to new levels, and today’s turnout for a 1 bedroom home in the emotive Inner North was a great example. How do you handle an insanely heated market? 03.01.2022 This year Anzac Day feels a little different. There's no (official) Dawn service, no marches or medals on display but we're keeping with tradition as best we can. Some fresh Anzac bikkies coming out of the oven this morning, ready to enjoy with a piping hot cup of tea. As my Poppy would say, so hot it warms the cockles of your heart. Today our thoughts are with our past and present ADF clients, friends and families. We know deployments can be tough on the families as well as those in uniform so we just want to say thank you for your service. Keeping our country safe and contributing to efforts around the world is not an easy job. Thank you!

(Just quietly, pooping its pants, wondering what on earth would happen and feeling very much like the new kid at school!)
