At the end of the 6 weeks, you’ll have set & prioritised your goals and created clear actionable plans to make your next year successful. You may even finish the current year by completing a few items that have been lingering on your to-do list. WHAT YOUR WORK LOOKS LIKE For this program to make a difference in your life, you have to show up. Make time, think big, dig deeper and follow through. This program isn’t going to take a day out of your week, but, as the saying goes, you will get back what you put in. Aim for between 15 to 30 minutes a day. We start each week on a Friday. Yes, it’s unconventional, but we do it for a reason. We start on Friday so you can use your weekend to focus on you. Day 1 starts on November 27, 2020, which means week 6 starts on New Year’s Day 2021. January 1 The day to really make a difference for your year ahead. Fear is a little like stress, it can be both 'good' & 'bad' for us. If it spurs us into action, it's working for us. If it holds us back or stops us from taking the next step, it's working against us.... So how do we overcome our fears? We could follow Sara Blakely's advice & tackle it head on! What I love about Sara's approach is that when you change the way you frame your success criteria (collecting 'no's), your behaviour and responses change as well. OR If the head-on approach feels a little too challenging right now, try these 4 steps: 1. ASK - What's ONE SMALL thing you can do today to push yourself out of your comfort zone? 2. ACT - Follow that up with action; DO the one small thing. 3. REFLECT - You did it! How did it go, what did you learn, how do you feel? 4.
