23.01.2022 Getting very close to Christmas now - this last weekend before it is all booked up, but plenty of spots for January. Enjoy your rides over the break (BTW - Majura is open again and it's looking pretty good!), and we hope to catch up in the New Year!

22.01.2022 This is quite interesting to me...

22.01.2022 A reminder for our upcoming bike setup workshop. Get on it! :) https://www.eventbrite.com.au/e/mtb-bike-setup-workshop-tic

22.01.2022 The place for all stuff MTB. Get on it.

21.01.2022 *** CALLING VOLUNTEERS! *** We are looking at expanding our offering to provide guided tours of Canberra trails - starting with the Centenary Trail. What we need are some people to come out and ride the sections with us while we are finalising the planning. What do you get for your time? Well, a great ride, plus a free 2hr coaching session. We're flexible with the timing, so any Saturday during April or late May can be made available. Who's in?

17.01.2022 ** Special trial deal for bookings made between now and Feb 28 ** Generally, the preference is for individual lessons as that allows us to focus each session entirely on you and adapt any aspects of the elements that are taught. However, if you do have a friend who wants to progress their skills as well, book in as a pair and the total price is the same as for the individual sessions (so you pay half each). Get on it! :)

16.01.2022 Anyone looking for a cool MTB adventure, check out these guys. I like the look of the Alpen Thrills tour through Switzerland and Italy... http://www.sacredrides.com/

15.01.2022 Still getting the website up and running which will give more information - in the meantime, slots are available this coming Sunday (December 11th) for some coaching at 7am-9am and 9am-11am. Send a message for more info.

09.01.2022 The difference between a good rider and a great rider often comes down to how well and how fluidly they can move over their bike. Sometimes if you just can’t seem to find that fluidity yourself, you might be chronically tight in some areas. This is where a program like this can really help. I’ve been regularly doing this for a while now, but hadn’t done it the past few weeks (Christmas happened) and my riding didn’t feel quite all there. Did back-to-back sessions this morning before my ride and everything just came together without even trying. It’s designed for CrossFitters, but works for cyclists as well. I’m not affiliated with these guys at all, I just subscribe to their program because it works for me. Check it out!

07.01.2022 Last day to get on this - got one of these myself and looking to head down a few times.

06.01.2022 A number of riders I've spoken to recently about getting coaching say that they have been riding for a while and don't really want to start at the beginning with a set of 3 sessions starting with fundamentals. We also offer one-off 2hr sessions where we can assess where you're currently at and figure out what you want to improve and work on the specific skills to get you there. Plus, for the rest of February and all of March (awesome time of the year to get out for a ride BTW! ) we are doing this for $40 for each 2hr session that you book.
