25.01.2022 EDIT: Over $1000 now and all these funds go to research and providing support to those with MND. Awesome effort by all, thank you Run MND was hard... that sand my calves were on fire! The tide was coming in and no hard sand... I got smashed by a wave and had to take my shoes off on my way out on the second lap. Dumped my shoes with some fisherman and collected them again on the way back and then just finished it off with bare feet! I ended up finishing 1hr 15mins, can’t say I’ll be running on sand again for a while.... but it was for a great cause and my heart is full!! $1000 raised in total, thank you to all that donated, really appreciate it. @ Cronulla, New South Wales, Australia Shane McNaughton

11.01.2022 A good mate of ours was diagnosed with MND. Run MND is located in Sydney and Louise will be doing the 10km Run this Sunday. Only $138 to go to get to our goal of raising $500. Your funds will benefit the MND NSW centre. They organise care for people living with this disease. The MNDRIA is the research arm of this charitable organisation. The more funds raised, the more Motor Neurone Disease sufferers will benefit and so will our mate Jason Smith. Please, if you can donate please do! It goes to a great cause. Thank you
09.01.2022 Jason was sadly diagnosed with Motor Neurones Disease in October last year and was given 2-4yrs to live. Jason and his family are our good friends. Jason taught Shane the electrical trade, Shane was his apprentice. Jason was Shane’s Dads apprentice. He taught Shane not only the electrical trade, but good values and life skills. The Smith family are kind, generous and fun, always willing to give a helping hand when needed. We have spent many holidays camping with the Smith... family and know how important travelling is to them. Louise, Shane’s wife has been running for just over a year and will be running a half marathon in the Australian Running Festival on 15 April. Please help support Louise in her upcoming race and help support this amazing family fulfil their dream of travelling Australia. Thank you
09.01.2022 What an amazing way to see our beautiful home town. Canberra really is a stunning place to live! CNC bought tickets as part of a charity auction to raise money for our friend Jason to spend quality time with his family, doing what he loves to do.
