01.01.2022 Mobile Coffee Van $20,000 2284 Local Newcastle Coffee Van, Currently only working on weekends with a permanent spot on Sundays. Fully self-contained within a 2002 Holden Combo Van. Has a Generator, refrigeration, 240 volt supply, water tanks both fresh and greywater, 2 sinks, water pump and filtration system, dual fans for intake and extraction 1000 watt inverter, 2 group Wega coffee machine. you may also get distributorship of an Award winning coffee brand. We currently supp...ly 1 cafe. On top of the Van and the distribution, you also receive a large array of coffee machines from Barista style to vending machines and also office style machines....All grind fresh coffee. In fact replacement cost on these machines would be approx $100,000.00. Once again there is still mor...there are 3 x 2 bowl slushie machines...2 were not working on 1 side. Of course, you get all the coffee equipment ...jugs, tamps, thermometers ...everything you would expect. Why are we selling? Well ....we have owned the van for almost 9 years...and we want our weekends back.....that's it! Why so cheap well with all that good...there's got to be some bad right... The Van like us...looks tired....and needs a freshen up. We were going to do it but thought buyers may want to put their own stamp on the business. So paint it...get it wrapped...paint it in black chalkboard paint and get a young art student to show off their elite skills. Make it yours. You are only buying the equipment ...we are not charging any good will. Ohh there is a lot more gear...it all goes with the van. This is a monumental opportunity to kick oof something great from a super low price point.
