Seeing the photos and videos of our students continuing to work at home by engaging with our educational online classes has been very heartwarming. We will continue to offer online classes & live group & private tuition moving forward into Term 2. 08.01.2022 CLOSURE OF CLASSES @ CSOD We have made the difficult decision to close all classes at CSOD for the remainder of Term 1. All classes for the last two weeks of the term will be delivered in an online format. We are looking forward to keeping our students on track and feel that this is achievable with the online technology that is available. Whilst we will miss seeing the students faces at classes, we look forward to viewing their progress and keeping in regular contact. Our w...ish is that all of our families stay safe and hopefully we can all support each other to get through this difficult time. 02.01.2022 CSOD ZOOM INDUSTRY CLASSES TUES 7PM Join us for a jazz class with CJ Slatts. ... @cjslatts_ is a Sydney based Choreographer, Teacher, and Performer who has been trained extensively in all styles. CJs specializes in Jazz, Contemporary and Lyrical dance. With over 10 years of dance experience and having taught all over NSW as well as interstate, he has loved sharing his experience and dance knowledge with the next upcoming generation of dancers. CJ has a strong foundation in classical ballet completing from Intermediate Foundation to Advanced 1 RAD exams with Distinction. He brings a passion and energy like no other, which is why CJ is becoming one of Australias newest and up and coming choreographers. After two contracts with Royal Caribbean on their prestigious cruise ships as a Dancer, Vocalist and Aerialist, during which he got to work with the likes of Marcel and Kevin Wilson (Janet Jackson/Cher), he returned to Australia to learn from Marko Panzic & Katie Sanchez by taking part in The Dream Dance Companies Show Biz. Some of his credits include working with, choreographing and performing alongside Paulini Curuenavuli (Young Divas, Masked Singer), NIKE, Mercedes Benz Fashion Week, ZHIVAGO, X-Factor, Choreographing and staring along-side The Thundamentals, The NRLS State of Origins and Packemin Productions of Mamma Mia. 02.01.2022 CSOD has just completed a wonderful 2 days of R.A.D. Ballet Exams. Our students have cherished the opportunity to perform again and demonstrate with confidence their amazing technique, strength and artistic qualities. Miss Narelle, Miss Natalie and Miss Michele are beyond proud of the dedicated and positive attitude our students have shown towards their training leading up to their exams. Each and everyone of our students inspires us everyday and we are so very thankful for our very precious CSOD family. It has been beautiful to share the last few days with you all.
