25.01.2022 It was so sweet to meet this beautiful little guy today! Archie was in for his newborn session and was just incredible for it, so many expressive faces but this one has to match my feels today, I am off on a 3 day break with xmas gathers on every day while I am away and then I am back to finish off 2020 with 3 newborns in a row! haha I wont be on socials or answering messages while I break for Christmas because I plan to be on the beers pretty much every day!! Thank you beautiful people!

25.01.2022 Catching up on all my admin today and finally did the yucky book work stuff! ( Sorry Accounted For You haha I don't know how you do it all day but thank goodness you do most of it for me now!) 23.01.2022 Pretty In Pink <3 Little Briyana was in the studio today! I got so many snuggles from her and she was so sleepy and beautiful!! Absolutely LOVED this session and so many amazing images. 23.01.2022 If you haven't updated the family photos in a while, lets get it done, the weather is cooling off and it's just perfect to get the kids out and make an evening of it <3 I only have literally a couple of sessions left in April and May before the weather gets colder - so let me know ASAP <3 Now, onto these beautiful people! I have been meaning and meaning and meaning to share more from their gorgeous session and finally getting around to picking out some favorites to share it... was hard! Photographing the 12month mile stone is so enjoyable to me! I absolutely love it. 22.01.2022 It doesn't matter how many times I say I don't photograph weddings, when special people ask me to document a wedding.... I do it. And zero regrets!! Chantelle and Mathew were married over the weekend in really intimate and gorgeous ceremony in a back yard. Of course photographing in someone's backyard has it's challenges, I made use of the balcony for this beautiful moment <3 ... I've been so blessed to have photographed this beautiful family numerous times and so happy to have been able to be there to document this beautiful day. Miss Edina was brilliant today! 3 weeks old and just gorgeous for us! <3 I have very limited availability from now till June - the best time to book in your newborn session is after your 12 week scan - and we will base your booking from your due date. 18.01.2022 I know we all love to capture the chaos of family life when our kids are little an cute, but we shouldn't ever stop capturing our kids and our family! Sharon is the beautiful soul behind Platinum Brew Wodonga a few doors down from the studio, I had the pleasure of capturing her family last weekend and it was just a gorgeous session. Let's face it, older kids are a lot easier for me to photograph than a 2 year old who has decided they don't want anything to do with having the...ir photos taken anymore ;) But on a serious note, our kids never ever stop needing to know they are loved! Having photos up around your home has been said by psychologists to help children and teens establish a sense of belonging <3 I can't find the link right now but if you're keen I am pretty sure it's on my website somewhere! 16.01.2022 Nathan was SO good today! Head to my stories for some beautiful behind the scenes action! He slept the entire time and woke up briefly right at the end of his session. And how gorgeous is he! Seriously I could have photographed him all day!! We're now well into baby season guys! September and October are my busiest calendar months of every year, I start loosing my head a little bit this time of year. ... I'm often rushing from one session to another, and rushing home to edit again etc. I am so crazy busy that I will forget to answer emails or not answer them till the next day. I know I have emails that came in this morning too but my hubby has been home with our little darlings all day and he doesn't need me sitting at my computer all night. So i'll be signing off soon after I get back to the urgent ones and enjoying a night off before the crazy week next week starts all over again! I am also so excited because even though I am booked out for 2020, I have been able to open up a few more family sessions and even some weekend dates!! 12.01.2022 ATT: Women of Albury Wodonga - Please tag your friends and share!! I have just been made aware that Albury Wodonga Health are changing their rules and regulations for the birthing women of Albury Wodonga..... Allowing only one support person for ONE hour a day!!! ... ONE HOUR!!! They are also banning water submersion - so no bath tub or birth pool use!! ( This was updated from showers, at this stage showers are still allowed...) Now, I don't usually use this page for anything other than photography. I like to keep this space neutral. But Albury Wodonga Health have made no announcement of these measures, they are trying to keep this quiet, to limit the back lash from social media. They honestly believe that birthing women won't care about these changes... I am asking EVERYONE to MAKE SOME NOISE to Albury Wodonga Health. We need to demand to know what the evidence is for your decision? How is it that water increases the risks of covid-19? When the midwives are all required to wear PPE gear and are gloved up from head to toe. How exactly is it, according to EVIDENCE that there is a statistically higher change of COVID-19 for a laboring women taking a freaking bath?? We CAN institute change. These are our birth stories women, our birth experience matters. Please, go to the Albury Wodonga Health facebook page and post on their page. And you can email - [email protected]. Ask them to provide you with evidence for their decision! Ask them WHY when restrictions in Victoria are lifting, are they imposing non-evidence based restrictions and rules on birthing women!? 09.01.2022 Issac - His mum told me before our session that he was a smiley baby! Boy did he deliver!! So many gorgeous smiles - he made it super hard to choose a sneak peak too! It's been one very very busy week, or two actually... hmm make that three? If you see me and I look like i've been awake for 24 hours straight it's probably because I have been at times. I am certainly burning the candle at both ends, but it's right in the middle of silly season (aka baby season) and since it's ...summer we're doing alot more family sessions too and doing some catch ups from COVID lock downs too. It's just all happening here! I'll be welcoming a break on December 18th i'll be taking a bit of time off of editing/admin - however for mumma's due with newborns in this time and early Jan i'll still be photographing when babies are born <3 Just won't be very active on the socials. Till then though, it's don't stop till you drop! Go give a coffee to a business owner today - trust me we need them all this time of year! haha Or a gin? We like gin too!
