24.01.2022 Hacela and Kevin - Congratulations to this cute couple that celebrated their marriage at their home with family and friends at the end of February. Lots of special touches and a backdrop of white roses provided a lovely spot for the couple to declare their love for each other. Hacela and Kevin scheduled a lot of formalities into a short amount of time to keep within their wedding budget so I was under the pump to produce great photos all in one location on time. Years of expe...rience definitely help in situations like these Im very thankful to receive this lovely review from Hacela before they even saw the photos... Im so thankful for Julies help. She made us feel at ease during the wedding. Shes happy and bright while taking photos which made us feel comfortable along the way. Thank you so much, Julie! We appreciate all your patience and well surely get your service again for important occasions!

24.01.2022 These black and white photos will be taking centre stage on the wall in our lounge room very soon. Instead of props and interesting settings for Austin's 3 year old photo I decided to focus on his beautiful face and the best way to do that is keeping everything simple from the clothing to the background and lighting. Each birthday I will be doing the same set up for each of the boys to capture how they change. Hopefully they stay this adorable forever though!

23.01.2022 Seaview High School has transformed the outside of its gym by adding new banners with photos of the students. Im very proud to say I was the photographer! I thoroughly enjoyed the challenge of showcasing a number of sports and the exciting food science experiment using dry ice to make ice cream. 23.01.2022 Amanda & Nikhil | Adelaide Hills Wedding Amanda and Nikhil planned their perfect wedding together. They created a wonderful combination of an Indian and Australian wedding ceremony all performed by friends. Traditions were honoured while guests experienced a relaxed and joyful ceremony. Fortunately in our timeline planning (I always take the time to help couples work out the best timeline for their wedding day) we allowed for the possibility of hot weather and how that would... work in with a 12:15pm outdoor ceremony and a lot of family photos to be taken following the ceremony. We decided on bridal portraits early in the morning before the ceremony. Everyone was getting ready at the Hahndorf Resort and it was already 40+ degrees by 9:30am so I drove Amanda and Nick around the resort and we took some lovely photos at different locations. The Uraidla Show Hall was a great venue and people found nice shady areas of lawn to enjoy the Indian feast that followed. Congratulations Amanda and Nikhil!

23.01.2022 Im incredibly honoured to officially be Callums God Mum. We celebrated his christening yesterday where all of the children were incredibly well behaved and we had a great day. Me being me, I couldnt help but also take some photos so while I wasnt sitting at the altar alongside co God Mum, Caitlin, I had my camera in hand here are a few... (thanks to Alex and Kris for helping with the photos that Im in!)

16.01.2022 Congratulations to Johanna and Daniel who had an absolutely beautiful ceremony at the Adelaide Botanic Gardens. The weather was perfect, the bride and groom were gorgeous and there were so many different backgrounds to capture the love and joy on the day!

15.01.2022 I had the honour of photographing this lovely family at their home in Mount Barker. The beautiful Mikayla, 18 days new, didnt make it particularly easy but with plenty of persistence, patience and cuddles we got some lovely portraits and even a smile.

15.01.2022 This photo shoot was planned well in advance - I made the little raft with Dad months ago in anticipation of Jordan's first sitting photos. Being the middle of winter wasn't particularly suitable for beach weather but this great spot at West Lakes worked well last Sunday and I thought I'd share my two favourite photos...

13.01.2022 This little guy melted my heart! I photographed his christening a couple of weeks ago and he was totally relaxed and loved looking at me which made my job quite a dream! We took photos at his grandparents house before heading to St Francis Xavier's Cathedral where he was baptised along with 3 other children. Following the service there was lunch for family and friends at the Pizza e Mozarella bar on Pirie Street and by this point Andre was so exhausted he slept through the speeches and cake cutting.

12.01.2022 Paige contacted me before Christmas to have photos done with her brother, sister and young cousin to give as a gift to their grandparents for Christmas (although I'm posting this well after Christmas, they received their photos well in advance of the big day :-)). A very thoughtful present! We coordinated a date and time and although the weather was not particularly friendly (bright sunlight and very windy), we got some nice shots of everyone together, along with some different combinations and some individual photos.

12.01.2022 Happy Australia Day! Hope everyone is enjoying a safe and happy holiday This was my first sunrise photoshoot with Austin and Jordan. We were on holiday late last year and the boys insisted on getting up early, so the second morning they did that I was prepared and we walked to four mile beach (3 minutes from the resort). We got to enjoy an amazing sunrise together. Very special for me and hopefully a lovely memory for the boys

11.01.2022 Emilys headshots - Emily needed some simple headshots with a plain background so we did a range of angles and hair positions against a natural wall at her home. We also incorporated a visit with the whole family (Em is my husband's cousins daughter) so Austin and Jordan were with me and Austin was very keen to have his photo taken with Em. After he impatiently waited for Em to have her headshots done, he turned into the art director and set up jumping photos from the stairs and then a nice photo of them sitting together. He had a lot of fun when it was his turn and Em was very obliging. The photos make me smile :-)

10.01.2022 So excited to deliver these portraits to one of my beautiful clients today. Baby Callum was the perfect model at 10 days new. Im very honored to have captured Em and Daihmins wedding, baby shower, newborn photos of the their first child and now newborn photos of their second x Portrait package includes 4x6 printed photos (all edited) and presentation box, digital files in presentation box and two 5x7 printed photos in white mats. Photos were all ready one week after the portrait session.

09.01.2022 Baby Eleanor | 5 weeks We visited our cousin a couple of weeks ago and met the beautiful Eleanor. I took my camera in the hopes of taking a few photos in a non-obtrusive manner as Mum and Dad werent up for a normal photo shoot. Fortunately, they just happened to be sitting in a great spot with some natural window light and I took a couple of family photos and some close ups of Eleanor while she was happily being cuddled by her mum

09.01.2022 Congratulations to the participants of the YouthFM program who received their graduation certificates last night at the City of Norwood Payneham & St Peters Banquet Hall. Mayor Robert Bria, gave a wonderful speech to kick off the event and included details about a few of the graduates that he had been chatting to. A big congratulations also goes to Zak Stuart who received the scholarship. YouthFM is a radio training program that leaves participants with a toolbox of skills to launch them into the workforce. This unique program is a joint initiative of the City of Norwood Payneham & St Peters, City of Burnside, City of Campbelltown, City of Prospect and Town of Walkerville, and is run in conjunction with Three D Radio.

07.01.2022 Baby OJ | 3 weeks new I photographed the cute baby OJ just before Christmas. His mum asked if I could incorporate oranges in the shoot (there is a very interesting back story to the oranges - Jess had been allergic to oranges until she got pregnant then by some strange miracle she was no longer allergic and consumed a lot of oranges and orange juice during the pregnancy). I created two different settings with the oranges - one as a wreath with orange leaves and the other with a fruit crate in an outdoor environment.

07.01.2022 I had so much fun photographing the Black family last weekend! There were so many laughs (so much so that I had to ask Dad to go inside so I could photograph his handsome sons without him distracting them!). The photos were taken at their house which was a wonderful way to showcase the hard work they have put into the garden and things that mean a lot to them (including the grass, the couch and even the bathroom). Even Scamp the dog was a great model on the day.

06.01.2022 More photos from the newborn portrait session with Baby Callum. He happily slept through photos with a special blanket, a Datsun sign that his Dad asked to be in the shoot (Em and I weren't sure if he was completely serious but I was more than happy to oblige :-)), his comforter and last was the dinosaur outfit that his brother had worn in his newborn photo shoot. Callum wasn't particularly happy by this point of the shoot but after a little cuddle with me he was asleep again and we got to show off the cute spiky dinosaur.

01.01.2022 I love it when animals (especially dogs) pose for me! Poppy was very obliging whilst I was photographing the amazing new fit out for AdelaideVet on Goodwood Road. Mykra Pty Ltd took a warehouse and transformed it into this state of the art Vet facility including doggy daycare, dog training, cat boarding (and play rooms for the cats) and everything else you could imagine. I was super impressed! (Here’s just a few photos from doggy daycare).
