25.01.2022 In my travels, one of my favourite countries was Slovenia and its capital Ljubjana. It is a beautiful city, full of history, amazing architecture and students. The Slovenian government pays the students education and subsidises their rent, food and living expenses to encourage a smarter Slovenia. Now that's smart thinking.

21.01.2022 Capture Images is out in the winter bush, north of Perth, in a place called Neerabup. It is the wettest greenest time of the year. Milo is enjoying the grass and all the sticks! Stick Heaven.

19.01.2022 This picture is so old, it was taken on film!! Middle of the Gascoyne. Tripod, shutter lock device, Nikon FM2, set on Bulb. Pointed camera into the never never, away from the campsite. Went to sleep for 4 hours, in the middle of the night I got up, and stopped the exposure. Couldn't have got a better exposure if I tried. The red on the trees in the front of the picture is the flicker of the campfire, over time "painting" the foreground beautifully.

Started the day with a shoot for WA Today, to photograph the children arriving at school with their masks on. Surely an historic event in historic times. 08.01.2022 Capture Images was asked to photograph a family dinner in Fremantle to celebrate the family matriach's 80th birthday. In under an hour I had photographed about 15 different options of family portraits. In failing evening light, I got great results - the family were thrilled with the results I got to them within 24 hours.

01.01.2022 Capture Images is again trawling through old SD cards and USB sticks. The Ned Flanders liberal leader Mike Nahan was an easy subject to photograph. This photo I caught caused a flurry of diplomacy measures. The editors had to take the Lib leader to lunch to calm the waters. The second picture, was of a WW2 veteran. He passed away a few weeks later sadly. Third picture is a street festival in Freo. And final picture is a Derby where Freo took a huge fly clashing with their own player.

01.01.2022 Capture Images was commissioned by DevelopmentWA to photograph the historic occasion of the reopening of the Subiaco Oval playing surface. The event was widely attended by dignitaries and local media, all enjoying a kick of the footy through the goal posts on the iconic oval.
