15.01.2022 Are your high-achieving $money$ goals hurting you? Do this instead By now we’ve all likely done our 2021 planning. Yes, my clients have their 6 and 7-figure+ strategies and intentions locked. ... But here’s the bigger needle-moving strategy *Focusing on mouths, not money. I know, it feels a bit different than what we typically see online with all of the big, flashy numbers But I have found when women create money-only focused goals, it leaves them feeling unmotivated and sometimes even a little, for lack of a better word, icky Now, I wholeheartedly believe with great wealth you can bring great change in the world But, focusing only on money never leaves my clients ready to crush the year, and it often has quite the opposite effect So we flip the focus and break the $$$ down into lives changed and scope of impact and everything shifts. Tell me below how many lives do you want to change this year? What is the actual impact of investing in you? How does THIS make you feel? See more

06.01.2022 If selling feels sleazy or uncomfortable you’re doing it wrong... Between LinkedIn and my first career, I’ve been in large sales organizations for 10+ years. And the truth is, new salespeople ARE salesy or pushovers. It’s how we're conditioned.... In my first 6 months at LinkedIn, I went between salesy aggressive and unconfident. It didn’t feel good. Then, I started doing what I do best. And became a full-time creeper. I began observing top performers and joining every big sales conversation that I could. I observed: how they acted, why, when, what they said, how they owned the room, how they followed up. And I noticed the top salespeople had 3 things in common They were amazing listeners (listened 80% of the time and spoke 20% of the time. Slowly and confidently). They asked deep, thoughtful questions and drove the conversation. They believed in the power of their solution and in themselves. Selling shouldn’t feel pushy... it should feel exciting and transformative. If selling + excitement don’t go hand in hand for you, head to the link in my bio to grab my 12 sales affirmations to up-level your sales mindset. Ok now I'm all ears, what is 1 word to best describe how you feel about sales? Drop 'em in below.
