22.01.2022 Just north of Newman heading to Port Hedland Saturday 18th May.. fairly typical for this region I am told.. huge dump trucks for the mines..

21.01.2022 A vehicle and caravan combination, moving from Melbourne to Brisbane for a family moving to Qld, who are currently in a Brisbane Hotel in quarantine, relocating for family health issues. CRS crossing the borders to assist the family with their relocation.

20.01.2022 The last 6 months has been simply amazing.. so much work, so many quotes, tonnes of phone call enquiries.. it has been fantastic and loved every minute.. but my friends and customers it has come time to slow down.. in June this year I decided to offer the business for sale to some lucky person or persons. With the end result that a lovely, caravan experienced couple decided to buy and take over totally.. so from tomorrow Wednesday 2nd October 2019 Caravan Relocation Services ...will be in the hands of Allen and Sue.. they will be providing the same if not better service across Australia.. they tow also with another Toyota Land Cruiser, much better than mine being a Sahara model, but the main thing is they love driving and adventures which is what this business is all about.. assisting those folk who are less fortunate and require help to move their RV. Allen is very experienced with towing, has mechanical knowledge, has driven all over Oz so you will all be in great hands with his partner Sue who is also very experienced in customer service. I would like to personally thank each and every one of you who have supported me through my journey of 6+ years, establishing a service that never existed and the word "Relocation" never used in the caravan world.. today I see many businesses using the word relocation to describe moving a caravan. One individual who decided to start the same business as mine, copied my web site entirely and today uses Caravan Relocation Services in his wording to piggy back on my success. So I am chuffed by this, some people just cannot think for themselves or come up with their own ideas.. the owner being an old truckie says it all! So that's it for me for now, Allan and Sue will take good care of your needs to move your RV anywhere, anytime.. I have been told I may be required to help out when they are busy, woohoo!! Look forward to that. I wish you all well, the very best of health and as always SAFE TRAVELS. Take your time to smell the roses and live the dream, until when next we meet I say good bye and farewell. Anthony Thomas signing off for now, God Bless you all.

20.01.2022 Can across this vehicle while refilling the vehicle in Dee Why, NSW. Left hand drive, with a note you will hear, before you see it!

19.01.2022 For those of you who follow my travels, the last relocation of the Chev Silverado dually in May from Geelong to Sydney, collect a Spinifex caravan there, all went well until the last 10 kilometres of the delivery address ... believe it or not!! My last nighton the Friday was spent at the mining town of Newman and Saturday morning I pulled out to drive the final 500 odd kilometres to Port Hedland.. it was a nice drive, lots and lots of trucks, B-doubles, 60 foot long maxi ...mining road train trailers and heavy traffic that included some extra wide loads.. oh yeah Baby, no messing with these huge trucks.. lots of escort vehicles and police cars as well. Finally made it to Port Hedland in the early afternoon and headed for a car wash on the southside, so I could give the two vehicles a wash down of the red dust before hand over.. typical of this region for red dust and plenty of it! All went well until I stopped the Chev and then it gave up the ghost! All that way 6,000+ kms and the final 10 kilometres the Silverado let me down, with air on the line & no fuel reaching the injector pump! Called the owner as no tools in the Chev so after a quick visit, check and adjustment I was back on the road to finish my mission.. This is the part I love and enjoy so much as I drive up to the customer's home, children outside and the wife taking a movie of the arrival.. gives me so much satisfaction, happiness and pleasure. Of course they were all thrilled to bits as next morning they were heading off for a week's holiday in their new toys.. so happy for them!! A quick drive to the local airport in Port Hedland and I was checked in to fly to Perth in a Dash 8 Qantas flight. Followed by an overnight red eye flight to a very wet, cold Brisbane airport.. grabbed a train ride as it was too early for the boss Lady to pick me up from Brisbane airport at 5.15 am.. oh no!! Sadly did not have much down time at home, but managed to sneak in a massage, a nannie nap Sunday and Monday packed another suitcase for the next job.. collect a Land Rover Defender with off road caravan in Sydney and drive to Darwin.. so another adventure began on Tuesday morning 21st May 2019.. more details on this relocation will be posted soon.. So until next time I wish you all safe travels and happy days.. thank you for reading my post and your comments of encouragement & support. See you soon here at CRS, thanks.. cheers and regards Anthony CRS

07.01.2022 My next relocation adventure yesterday, Saturday morning with a Virgin flight from Brisbane to Mackay.. it was the worse check in experience ever with Virgin, sad to say!?? There were hundreds of people waiting to check in and very limited check in assistants there to help!! I counted 6 empty check in staff places so either Virgin are cutting costs or many sick staff members- whatever the reason it was not nice.. I was there in plenty of time to check in but the que was honde...Continue reading

07.01.2022 You have not heard from CRS for around 14 days! Isolation out of NSW and Vic to enable us to cross the border to NT! Yeap, NT we cross borders to keep our customers happy. 06.01.2022 Three relocations turn into one long trip crossing 6 states. The beauty and diversity of this wonderful country at its best!

05.01.2022 The last couple months has absolutely flown by, goodness where do I start!! It all started in late May with a rush of quotes, jobs won and lots driving and towing to be done.. this gives me so much pride, satisfaction and happiness when I think back to the beginnings way back in 2013.. had several family and friends who wished me well but thought it would not work, fizzle out and I would loose all my investment. My initial target was a couple of relocations per month and bu...ild on that.. for the first 3 months it was a challenge with no enquiries and wondered what I had done!! All my research and development for 10 long months appeared to be good with lots of possibles, but being a totally new concept plus a business name that no one had heard of.. so ramped up the advertising, attended many caravan shows up and down the Eastern States handing out hundreds of brochures. . had lots of good close friends and family who helped at these shows for which I am forever grateful and appreciate their efforts and dedication. So roll on 6 years later and 14 trips across the Nullarbor to WA, several trips to Darwin & various locations in the NT, numerous journeys to South Australia, Victoria, New South Wales, I have had a most wonderful exciting time.. have had the privilege of meeting many kind, warm friendly customers who have made my work be so easy and so appreciative of my efforts to safely move their caravans, campers, trailer boats, fifth wheelers and motor homes.. what a wonderful adventurous way to see Australia, and be paid for this lifestlye.. I am so lucky to have experienced this side of life.. So in May, June I towed caravans to WA and returned with a camper for Canberra; collected a Chevy Silverado in Geelong, drove north to Sydney and hitched up a large Spinifex caravan to go to Port Hedland WA! . What an brilliant adventure that was!! Happy customers all round. Then flew to Sydney picked up a Land Rover Defender with a caravan bound for Darwin, customers going on a few months holidays but sadly the motor in the Defender gave up in Narrabri!! First ever break down with over 246 relocations. However the next job was waiting to rescue a Madza BT 50 plus camper from Alice Springs to be driven back to Brisbane.. so you can see it has been full on these past couple of months.. Just love the excitement of assisting people receive their purchases or help customers who have fallen ill and need their vehicles driven home safely.. In the past 6 years of doing my relocation business my trusty Land Cruiser 200 series has travelled 300,000 kilometres without an issue or mechanical problem, plus the thousands of kilometres I have driven customer's vehicles as well... just amazing and how lucky I am.. Thank you to all my customers past and present.. I wish you all, safe travels and happy days.. Until next time or posting, live happy, love lots and peace to you all, thanks for your support and keeping in touch.

03.01.2022 Hello from Anthony ex Caravan Relocation Services.. I notice that there have been several visits to this web site and would like you all to know that the business was sold last October, 2019. CRS is still going strong under the new management of Allan and Sue.. the business and service offered could not be any better while I take a break from all the driving, quoting and running the entire business by myself.. I cannot thank all those lovely people who supported me over the ...last 6 years and have continued to support Caravan Relocation Services.. it is a personalised service that started in 2013 and several business operators have tried to copycat this business to the point of even totally copying my web site and making a few minor changes and business name of course.. these scum bags will never give the same passionate service that I gave or that the new owners Allan & Sue will give you.. Sorry to have to harp on this negative side but sadly these scum bags make life difficult for many and have no idea how to start a business with no brains or intelligence, so they just copy another person's ideas.. oh well enough of that for now.. Life goes on, I am travelling around Australia at present and enjoying many of the places I visited when towing customer's caravans.. love this side of life and exploring new adventures. Until next time I wish you all safe travels and happy days.. from Anthony ex CRS.. this site will soon be taken over by the new owners of CRS.. thank you for your support..
