The Opportunity Our dynamic and highly respected industry team is seeking an experienced Motor Collections Officer within our Short Tail Claims department. The role requires a proven track record within collections or credit. As The Collections Officer, You Will Be Required To Assist managing a ledger of credit hire rental invoices Work autonomously and also be part of our team Negotiate claims and settlements with all insurers Work closely with Operations and Acquisitions team and demonstrate a strong understanding of collections process Have a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office systems Desired Skills And Experience The ideal candidate will have a strong background within the Credit or Collections space and have an extensive knowledge of the debtor process within Motor Insurance. To be successful in this role, you will have: A minimum of 2 year’s experience in a collection’s role Motor Insurance Knowledge and Experience You will have strong computer literacy and possess an understanding of relevant Industry Legislation The ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure You will be provided with a supportive management structure with ongoing guidance and training.
