15.01.2022 It's so incredible witnessing Bryan Zhu (Masterchef contestant 2017) create truly unique East meets West flavours, with his NEW 5 course dessert degustation dinner 'Levitate'! #aboveandbeyond #masterchef2017 The night was very much like the show, full of surprises and intense time constraints. But it was incredible seeing Bryan work his magic, and directing his team in the kitchen. ... Witnessing the smiles and laughter as the night went on was the fuel for his passions. Keep it simple they said. And we agree that it was simple, yet an amazing night to start the event. Thank you to everyone in the team, and also his aides for this venture: Jacky, Adam and Yunsi.
