24.01.2022 Hot water system season has quicked off. As the weather gets cooler hot water demand increases and some units no longer produce the warm water we require so out with old and in with the new.
17.01.2022 Old float valve had snapped off in below ground tank and with minimal rain tank levels had dropped significantly. This tank supplies 48 townhouses water for washing machines, toilets and hosetaps. So we got a core hole too cut into the tank for acces and dropped the new floats in. Waters back on just in time to do the afternoon washing!
09.01.2022 Hot water unit inspection. Not looking good.. time to upgrade or risk having to knock on the neighbours door to have a warm shower
05.01.2022 Float valve had snapped off on this monster below ground water tank which supplies the water for 48 townhouses toilets, washing machines and dishwashers. New concrete core hole to gain access into the tank and replace the floats now tanks back to full and will stay that way! Happy days!
