Are you interested in working for a progressive club on a casual basis? We are excited to be able to offer a range of roles in different areas of our operations to positive people with a true understanding of what it takes to deliver excellence in customer service. We are looking for candidates who:... Hold current NSW RSA and RCG competency cards (or can attain these quickly) Previous experience in one or some of the following roles; Bar service; Reception; General Hospitality service. Will understand and embrace all restrictions and compliance with the new COVIDsafe environment and service delivery. Will be willing to complete a relevant online COVID-19 Infection Control Training Module. Will be committed to deliver exceptional customer service and exceed our customers' expectations whilst driving a high standard of service throughout the club. Has experience and skills to deal with the resolution of conflict with both patrons and staff. Can demonstrate good time management skills. Has experience in general administration and computer skills (for the reception roles on offer). Have the ability to continually demonstrate our Club Values that include; Empathy; Compassion; Respect; and Teamwork. Desirable but not essential: Qualification in hospitality Tab/ Keno / Gaming machine experience If you are looking to join a cohesive team who enjoy their work, then we welcome your application.
