I am offering Click and collect of your medications each Saturday. I will only be available for an hour each week for pick up so please contact me if you'd like a herbal tonic made or would like your supplements. Naturopaths have really been shafted over the past few years with the loss of private health care rebates and now with COVID. We have been left as one of the last healthcare providers to be allowed to operate. I hope to see you soon . X

14.01.2022 Happy Father's Day to all of the wonderful Dad's, Grandfather's, Carers and Wonderful men in your lives. This cookbook was chosen and bought by my Dad as a gift for me I love cooking but also hold the NSW South Coast dear to my heart. Many a family holiday has been enjoyed here with my beautiful Dad and Husband - two very special men in mine and my children's lives. The universe clearly knew us Victorians needed a day of sunshine. 12.01.2022 Schools back I don't think I've ever been so excited making just 1 lunchbox for each child. No more grazing and snack time every 30minutes of their homeschooling day. Miss 9yo was most distressed this morning as the serious reduction of food dawned on her! I've been hopeless posting of recent times - fingers crossed for a more productive day to come . I have a spacious room with a great deal of airflow and practicing social distancing as well as hygiene practices between each patient. I am only having one patient per time slot and am not using the waiting room so please be advised you will need to wait outside until your appointment time. 07.01.2022 Today I was reminded of how important it is to teach our girls to be brave, and to take risks. I say girls because more often than not, boys are much bigger risk takers than our girls. Out for a family bike ride, we came across a very steep dip down the side of a hill. The path had been worn well by all of the brave kids who had clearly been there before us. Dad decided to go down the Big Dipper first to show Miss 9 and Miss 12 it was safe enough to try. Both desperately wa...nted to try to ride down the Big Dipper but stood at the top, far too wary to have a go. After much discussion and attempts to coerce them to go down, they were far too fearful. "What if I go down?" I piped up. They both replied "Mum if you do it, we will". So as much as it looked terrifying to me, how could I possibly teach my girls to be brave if I wasn't willing to give it a go. So off I went, weeeee! down the Big Dipper and up the other side of the hill. Miss 9 "OK if Mum can do it, I can!" and off she went. After much deliberating and a few tears from Miss 12, she too decided she REALLY wanted to give it a try. And do you know what, she didn't fall, she didn't hurt herself and she learnt the sheer exhilaration of taking a risk and succeeding. They both did. But also, their Mum learnt how important it is too teach by example and to keep taking risks and pushing myself. More can be learnt when we step outside the safety barrier. And to sometimes scream weeeee! like a kid and have the time of your life. Happy Sunday. x See more

05.01.2022 Hey parents - how's week 2 of school going? Thank you Maggie Dent for sharing this on her feed. This message is certainly one to remember. I have a year 7 this year and feel like the the time has rewound to her year of prep. New school, public transport, making new friends, learning new routines, it has been an emotional week for her. Ups and downs - and the down is inevitably at night when she's exhausted and can relax. A good reminder to stay calm while adjustments are made.
