25.01.2022 Some of you may be aware that in December the government is rolling out new regulations regarding pools. They will need to be registered with the council and to have regular inspections to ensure they are compliant. We are a local family who are very excited to be starting our own pool inspection business. With many years in the private and public sectors as a building inspector/ surveyor we can help make this process stress free, so keep us in mind when its time for you to have your pool inspected.

25.01.2022 The new pool regulations have been passed and it is now mandatory to register your pool with your local council before 1 June 2020. The council will then inform you of your pools construction date and the timeframe to provide a compliance certificate. 18.01.2022 The new pool regulations have been passed in Victoria and all pools need to be registered with the local council and certified by an inspector. Our pool inspector is a registered Building Inspector and Building Surveyor and is fully insured. Please ensure that your pool inspector is registered with the Victorian Building Authority (VBA) and they are insured to comply with safety regulations.
