24.01.2022 Tonight was a very special night for our BJJ Coach & brother Dylan Opitz awarded his Black Belt after many years honing his craft. You’re respected amongst the entire MMA community brother & this is a much deserved honour without question. Big thanks goes to Mick Moloney & Suasday Chau for coordinating this stealth surprise grading. It was a pleasure to have the Chau Kaizen team at CardioFlex for a roll & unknowingly assisting in before mentioned surprise grading! Dylan’s family snuck in to witness the presentation adding to an emotional & very happy scene in the gym. Great times. Thanks again to all who attended. All the best.

04.01.2022 With Xmas & NY almost upon us I often reflect on good & bad decisions I’ve made along the way. Bad decisions, I’ve made plenty, but my best decision is to try not to make the same bad ones twice! Because I’m human & by no means perfect, in life I try not to preach to others but I do try to encourage & maybe even inspire if I can. So this Xmas, if you are a smoker, give YOURSELF the greatest gift you can, STOP. It won’t be easy but that’s what will make it so satisfying & nothing great in life is easy. Do it for yourself & those that care about you. Live long, breathe easy & throw away your ciggies! PLEASE. Have a great Xmas everyone.
