24.01.2022 I share my successes and im happy to share my failures. Just missed a PB of 202.5kg (when sitting with 200kg on your back i only want to go up by small increments). I got on par with my PB of 200kg on my previous set but just fell short on this bad boy. Thanks to the bro @jaykirkland124 having my back on this. Never stop. Always move forward!... 23.01.2022 Sunday morning sweat session. I started with some HIIT training and finished with some light back work. First time doing weighted pull ups. Im a little confused and annoyed because i got the same amount of reps out as i do without doing them weighted. Live and learn.... Hope everyone is enjoying their weekend!



23.01.2022 Keto cake!!! almond meal protien powder whole eggs... Mix it all together till u get a batter texture. Whack it in the microwave for however long is needed (depending on how much ingredients you use). Topping protien powder water Only use a little bit of water so it isnt watery, more maple syrup texture. Pour over your cake. 22.01.2022 5am sped HIIT (among other things) session, got me like. I, like most people, can struggle to get out of my comfort zone. I love running, or doing stairs. But i know that my body has grown use to that. Its not as challenging as it once was, so my body has stopped progressing. Changing how you train or your diet patterns, can be difficult. But, when you do (for the better) your body will respond and respond well.... If your stuck and not seeing any changes, try changing someing up. 22.01.2022 My first Yoga experience....will it be my last??? In all honesty it was enjoyable. I feel like the more i do it, the more i wont find it 'boring' and i will really reap the benefits from doing it.



22.01.2022 Juat cos I've been on holidays doesn't mean i aint getting it in. I enjoy working out, so even on holidays you can find me in the gym..... most days. BALANCE is what will help your consistency. If you go flat stick, you more than likely will burn out, depending on your goal, your drive and your desire.... Im not competing, im not being oaid by a sponsor, im just enjoying life. Make sure your enjoying your life, by finding BALANCE!!!!

22.01.2022 Bicep curls. A staple in any body building resume. Here im doing spider curls SS with standard standing curls. ... The pump was unreal and being the weekend, i was carbed right up. Ensure that you get a full stretch for both movements Squeeze at the top of each rep for both exercises Dont rush the movements. 21.01.2022 A MAAAASSIVE problem i see in the gym, no matter what people's goals are, is that they are resting way too long. Either talking, on their phone, looking around to see if people are watching their next set. Unless you are doing strength training, there is zero reason to rest any longer than 90seconds.... If your diet is on point, and you have had your pre workout meal, your atp energy should be where it needs to be to get you thru your next set.

16.01.2022 Trigger point foam rolling. DEAR LORD!!! One of my goals is too stretch more regularly (i really dont stretch that often) So starting with one of the best ways i know how.... Tuesdays on a roll (pun intended)

16.01.2022 Pre deadlift meal. Very basic and so simple. But taste thee goods. 2 while eggs... 200ml egg whites 2 pieces rye bread 1 black coffee (yes that mug has a photo of me and jordan on it. Engagement present from my sibling) 2 hours before training this goes down. Have a great day

15.01.2022 Sunday squats Pyramid sets 100kg x 20... 120kg x 16 140kg x 12 160kg x 6 180kg x 1 190kg x FAIL Failure is good. If you dont push to failure (safely) you will never find your true potential. Some people will say that if i didnt do all those sets before the 190kg i would of gotten it, and they are right. I was fatigued as heck. My lower back was fried, quads were on fire, traps were feeling nice and tender. But it wasnt about going for any type of PB. It was about progressive load. 14.01.2022 After failing my attempt to hit a PB on deadlifts last week, I've gone back to the drawing board. Developing my strength and working on my weak points (which is the bottom half of the deadlift). Here I'm doing 5x5 (5 sets of 5 reps), an excellent way to develop strength. Make sure your using a good weight tho. By the 3rd set you want to be struggling just slightly. If you don't want to be average, don't train that way!!!... 14.01.2022 Post CHEST and ABS workout 250g basmati rise 370g tuna (springwater) 80g avacado... 15 green stuffed olives (i love olives) 30g low fat mayo Remember i count my macros, and this all fots very very well. People my say, "but chris, what about the chemicals in the mayo?" The chemicals in the mayo is the least of my worries. Happy Monday

10.01.2022 Losing someone you know is never easy. Its sucks. It hurts. It has you questioning a lot of stuff. What i would love when i pass is for people to take away what im trying to bring across in my life.... We lost someone in the health and fitness community this week. I went to school with him for a bit, socialised with him a lot. He has a beautiful daughter and a wonderful girlfriend. And then his friends, wich are near countless. He touched people's lives all around the world with what he was brining, his message, his passion. Your passion will live on Yogi, thru your family and friends. Fly high brother!!!

08.01.2022 When your near 60 (59 this year but dont tell him that) dad be putting in work, you take some proud photos. Some people struggle to "find" motivation, where some people can pull it out of their ass. I can get it from youtube, instagram, but my main one is my old man. He has hit the gym multiple times a week since i was a toddler. Photos of me with him at the gym before i could walk.... What ever your motivation is, use it regularly. Consistency is key. Take my dads regular gym as an example. Almost at 60 yet looks and acts like a 40 year old. 05.01.2022 Lightest i have been in 5 years. I was 95.4kg when i got back from England 5 years ago. That was from no gym, but running 5-8km 4 days a week. I started my form of keto diet 4 weeks ago. I weighed 98.9kg then.... I wasnt expecting to drop body weight, but it still doesnt surprise me. Even tho the weight is down, my strength has gone up, hitting PBs in deadlifts, DB incline and flat chest press. My energy levels are great. I dont crave carbs. My appetite is surpressed. Hormone levels are great. The only thing i notice is that i havn't gotten the pump at the gym that i love, but i have sorted that with a non-stim pump pre workout. I do cardio inly 1 day a week now. I honestly really enjoy this way of eating and will continue it for a while. If you have tried a keto style diet, let me know what you think. 02.01.2022 Reflecting on the year that was and the year that is too come. GROWTH Not just physical (although who doesn't want some extra muscle), but within my business, my capacity for clients, my knowledge within my industry.... One that is very high is also helping my clients grow within all areas of life. My "job" is to help them physically, but when you spend 30mins to 1hour multiple times a week with a person, you develop a relationship, and when you care about someone you want to see them grow and become the best version of themselves that they can be, in all aspects. 01.01.2022 So stoked for my good friend and client hitting a massive PB on sumo-deadlifts today. 170kg!!! After living a million miles away, took him 40mins to get to the gym from his house, he has moved 2 streets away and gotten back into multiple sessions a week. His strength, endurance and size has all increased.... Hard work pays
