25.01.2022 Check out this Highly venomous eastern brown snake we caught on Saturday afternoon...... this poor fella got caught up in the netting of a mango catcher underneath the house. This can be very dangerous due to the animal being stressed, & your pets go and investigate what all the noise is about & end up being envenomated. Thats why we offer 24/7 call out for our local area.... Like & share our Facebook page for easy access contact details

18.01.2022 Got a bit more than what I bargained for on yesterday's snake callout All is well, but on yesterday's 7am snake callout whilst finding the snake the homeowners dog came over and had a nibble on my arm. Please remember that when you call out your local snake catcher no matter how friendly your dogs are they need to be locked away from both the snakes, your pets and mine and yours safety.... Luckily I hadn't grabbed the snake yet and it was a non venomous species but this could have been much worse if it was a highly venomous species. Snake catchers do not get endorsements from the government and my buisness is what allows me to be on call 24/7 free of charge for our local area, without being able to work I cannot provide this service. So from now on, if I attend a snake call out and there are animals unrestrained I am going to refuse to enter the property. Hope everyone understands, thankyou for your understanding.

16.01.2022 13 years ago today the world lost a legend, and the animals lost a friend. No one will ever replace Steve, but hopefully the tens of thousands he inspired to take up the course can collectively continue his crusade

15.01.2022 And here is a video of our captive red bellied black snake having a drink

11.01.2022 Check out this common tree snake that we relocated from cardwell aged care home last week. Still love catching these guys, they are generally a electric blue but this guy was near black on top. Some people call these blue bellied black snakes but that is incorrect as this species is non venomous & there is actually a blue bellied black snake in South East queensland...... also known as the spotted black snake which is highly venomous.... They are called common tree snakes because they come in a variety of colours from green and yellow to blue, black & gold Reptiles will be on the move in this colder weather to find shelter & warmth. Although not as active in colder weather we usually see them more are they will be on roads, footpaths & driveways warming up in the sun.

02.01.2022 Here's an unusual one. called out to a Snake at a cardwell school on Friday for what was suspected to be a red bellied black snake, upon arrival it was no longer to be seen. It had gone underneath some decking, upon inspection there was no snake but we came across 4 x kittens.... First for myself
